    I didn't put a funnel on mine but I feed into my sump as well. Other things to mention: Get that power strip behind your sump up off the ground and where water can't drip into it before you end up with a fire. anywater dripping onto it or running down the cords is going to go right into the outlets and start arching inside the power strip. Mount it to the wall and let the cords loop below it so any water drips off the cord and not into the outlets.

    super slick implementation of the idea. Can you do a video to show how you have the pipe that holds the funnel set up? I can't seem to see what is holding it up and how you implemented the holes. This is something I was hoping to do with my tank so really interested in how you did the it. Thanks for sharing.

      Thank you ..
      On the bottom it's a 90° elbow and it's pushed in to a hole I cut in a plastic guard of the return pump.
      It's Not glued for easy maintenance.
