LET US BE MINDFUL THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT WAYS IN WHICH PEOPLE FAST. DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AS YOU SEEK GOD &Consult with your doctor if you choose to alter your diet during your fast.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
What would happen if we *ALL fasted for the purpose of putting the body under subjection betw. 12/17-12/23 from @ least 2 pleasures such as certain/favorite foods, activities, tv, etc. replacing them w/ an increase in Worship, reading/meditating on GOD'S WORD. Strength, Clarity, Renewal, To Be & REMAIN Steadfast lest we be a castaway.
