In all fairness, given how many times we have seen collabs with between video games and restaurants be exclusive to countries like Japan, China, and Korea, the fact that this is happening in America for once is welcome. And since this is nationwide and not just in the large cities like New York and Los Angeles, it's even better. Granted, I live near Chicago, but usually any gaming events and collabs are in the coastal cities, not here in the Midwest. So I am thrilled that this is happening for once. I went to my local McDonald's today, ordered via the app, and got the meal. I even kept the box that the apple pie came in, since that could technically be considered a collector's item. Still waiting on my codes, though; it's been six hours since I ordered.

In all fairness, collabs like these almost always end up being exclusive to countries like Japan, China, and Korea. The fact that this is happening in the U.S. for once is welcome to an American like myself. But even then, such collabs are usually in the coastal cities like New York or Los Angeles.
I live about 50-60 miles from both Chicago and Milwaukee, but I have never seen any such collab events here in the Midwest, not even in those cities. So the fact that this is nationwide and not just limited to select cities on the coastlines is great for someone like me.
I was lucky enough that my local McDonald's is participating in the event. I ordered the meal via the app today. I even kept the box that the apple pie came in, as it could technically be a collector's item. Still waiting on my codes, though; it's been six hours since I ordered.

Wait, some people waited 3 days to get the code, as long as you register your email with the McDonald’s, we can always contact customer service. There’s some delay problem with distribution the codes.
I don’t know really cause someone who bought me it is living 12 hours difference from me so it’s hard to contact them I just wish 1 day they will send me it cuz they ain’t a genshin player they bought it for me and he did register with email so idk I guess we’ll have to wait and find out
@@Mavuikalmpact I tried to contact customer service via their website, but I ended up getting an error when I submitted the form. Somehow, the CAPTCHA failed to verify that I was a person. I don't really like the idea of calling their phone number, but I will if I have to.
I see the situation. Please also inform them to turn on those 2 settings on their McDonald’s App and check their email often. 😊
Some of us called too and didn’t get a response but they got it 4 days later in their email, so don’t lose hope yet.
