One man validating and disqualifying other men of God. A Prophet not living right or derails in the doctrine is just the same as any brother in church. Should we say, that that brother or that sister is fake?

I think you don't quite understand what is happening here. He is giving you nuggets so you can accurately discern and keep away from fakes masquerading as prophets of God.
The advice you're giving is like a carpenter trying to tell a doctor how to treat patients, it holds no water because you can't know more than the Holy ghost that instructed him to teach.
