This lovely home is well over a million but doesn't have the slightest bit of pizzazz...it has the same layout and fixtures you'd get in a home that's around 750k. Did you see that little, plane, half bath in the front...lol.

Oh I like this It Nice for the price the back needed grill area it nice the patio should had a fire grill area too then it's worth the price over all it's real nice plus hardwood floors through out the house for me
This does not look like a Toll Brothers home. Their homes usually have much more character with attention to details like lighting and fixtures.

So this misconception been exhibited here is thinking every toll brothers home you see in videos and media posts is how all their construction looks. But the reality is that those other homes you are comparing this home to are generally Model homes meaning they have been dazzled with all the possible upgrades to attract potential new customers. This particular home you see is a beautiful home that happens not to be a model home with those extra upgrades like the light features you spoke about. Those things are really decors and can be easily upgraded by any home owner at a much cheaper price.

2nd: nothin pops out 🤷🏾♀️ and I came to conclusion that white 🚪, wrought iron fixtures, lightening, wire racks is only available EVERY 🏘️ has them 🥴 how dreadful..
You would think a million dollar house would at least have upgraded closet system instead of the basic wire racks like houses below would have or even a fireplace in the master bedroom or upgraded tub in the bathrooms yes the inside of this house is lacking that wow especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms so that’s more money a buyer have to spend updating this house to make it show like it’s worth a million
Master shower tile should have gone to ceiling just saying!!
Ok nice curb appeal but majority 🏘️ are exactly alike white 🧱/gray slates 🤦🏾♀️. Entrance: Family room with bookshelves install, same design in kitchen including 🔥 area odd shaped, kitchen too small 🤷🏾♀️. I haven’t seen upstairs yet 😒
It's hard to imagine living in an unstaged house :-(
The cost of living has gotten out of hand something needs to be done. And I know what the agents and builders will say, it's the market, the cost of materials have gone up and I get it but come on 1.3 million really absolutely not, not this home. And don't get me wrong the house looks great but at that price it's a slap in the face

Extremely overpriced home. Finishes are basic. The half bath on main level is a joke. Also, very basic landscaping for a home in this price range. Builders are in for a big shock next year

This is the first Toll Brothers property I've seen that I was totally disappointed. At this price point, the master bed, bath and closet fell short of other Toll Brother's homes I've seen. Maybe I'm out of touch with home pricing, but this is redidculious. Would make a $750K offer on this one...lol
