************Eggless Vanilla Cake************
[ INGREDIENTS ]
🍁For Eggless Cake:
7 inch round cake mould
1 cup all purpose flour/maida (120 gram)
1/4 cup milk powder (30 gram)
1 tsp baking powder (5 gram)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gram)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gram)
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar/ lemon juice
3/4 cup milk
🍁For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
🍁For cream frosting:
1cup chilled whipped cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
few drops of yellow liquid food colour
🍁For garnishing:
silver balls
