Bittern comes to visit the Island of Sodor, and, to Gordon's surprise, she is sporting two tenders. Could she have stolen this second tender from Flying Scotsman?

It's great to see Gordon interacting with another one of his cousins visiting Sodor other than Spencer and Mallard. I have read a little bit about Bittern before, though I think I may need to look back on it again. I've always pictured her and Dominion of Canada as female with the rest of the surviving A4s as males. As for that little moment where Gordon goes crazy when he hears Flying Scotsman is coming later on in this series, I chuckled. Looking forward to seeing what happens next!

If I recall. Bittern was given flying Scotsman’s second tender when it was built a while back or to the dominion of Canada

I found it very interesting seeing a LNER A3 and a streamlined A4 4-6-2 pulling a special water tender.

Fantastic episode, that was very silly of Gordon to believe that Bittern, his own cousin, who stole Flying Scotsman's second tender, of course, Flying Scotsman let Bittern borrow it for her extended railtour.
Is it true, Flying Scotsman is going to be in the next episode?
I do like the Bachmann Thomas and Friends models. One improvement i do to mine is to remove the faces and give them a coat of Matt varnish. Removes that "sweaty" gloss look and makes them more like the series models. Personally, a significant improvement. I enjoy the stories too, I enjoy the voice acting.
I personally love the shine on the models. Yes it’s not TV series accurate but it makes them look like real locomotives since locomotive liveries are often quite shiny
My justification for not being TV series accurate comes from the episode “Paint Pots and Queens”. When Gordon pulls in with the royal train, he was about as shiny as the Bachmann Gordon or vice versa
The gloss finish on the bodywork is OK, just the faces look odd to me with the gloss finish.
Great story! I never knew another engine could have a second tender. I thought Scotsman was the only one but boy I was wrong.
Based on the ending, it looks like flying Scotsman will be pulling the next railtour to sodor
I love the narration. Even if it don't sound like something from the good ol' days, it would fit in amazingly.

It was given to Bittern when she was sent to the Southall Depot,and also to do non-stop runs with railtour trains like the Devon Belle

They're from the Capsule Plarail Thomas line. I had to get them imported from Japan since they're only available there.

Scotman barely used the tender so they gave it to Bittern when she was sent to the Southall Depot
It was given to bittern a fair few years ago when it did a non stop railtour run on the east coast mainline.

Bittern didn't had side valances until she took the guise of Sliver Link,then they were removed and permanently stayed after she took the guise of Dominion Of New Zealand
The model of bittern depicts how it looks in real life now it has had the valences removed and is currently in storage.
