Is the Amherst, NY Police and Court "owned" by Criminals at MJ Peterson

It sure appears that way to me if you went through the experiences i have went through when they have been involved. The un-qualified tax breaks that MJ Peterson have taken also seem to point to that.

On May 22, 2023 i left my apartment at 7:04PM only carry cookies to a tenant i expected to be in the lobby eventually after i got down there. I took the elevator and the video shows you how long it takes to get down to the lobby if it doesn't make any other stops. I was sitting down there in full view of MJ Peterson security cameras until i saw police cars come for a frequent caller who was in the smoking hut. I went outside to watch them for a little while and then came back in and sat down in the chair i pointed to in the video. Eventually the tenant came down and sat down and i gave him the cookies. We were watching The Big Bang Theory episode where Amy finds her wedding dress and everyone told her they liked it. Not that long past 8PM some cops came in and asked me so questions starting with if i wanted to go somewhere personal. They never asked me where i was at a certain time. I stood in front of a MJ Peterson security camera where there was at least one witness watching and said i was fine where i was at. After two or three questions the cops had me turn around and they handcuffed me with my hands behind my back and put me in the back of their suv for quite some time. I spent the night in jail with a steel bench and no where to sleep and no blanket or anything. I stayed up all night since i was in shock. It was a night i will never forget. The following day i was shackled and taken into court and put on a full order of protection. As soon as i was released i started working on my defense which was difficult with no police report and no time of the accusation against me by someone who must be Amherst's more frequent welfare check requester with calls ranging from drug use calls and seeing and hearing things and things i won't mention but are documented. My defense included documenting my many requests for the security camera video and documenting police calls and other things i found out about the accuser. It took 54 days for my lawyer Edward Dinki to email me the police report that showed the time of the accusation as 7:35PM according the the police which is the time he called it in. He was outside in the smoking shack when he called it in so you can try and figure out how he saw me leave a note on the 6th floor.
After much harassment from the police and court and very suspicious delays the prosecutor told the judges that the alleged recipients of the notes i was accused of leaves supposedly decided not to pursue the case after over 4 months. As i figured and my lawyer confirmed the reason given to dismiss the case might not be true. I suspected they do that to take blame off themselves for a false arrest.

Small Claims Case
I tried suing MJ Peterson after their superintendent splattered yellow signpost paint and my car and their cleaner's car. The first thing i noticed was the MJ Peterson lawyer asking the woman who sits on the bench next to the judge about when they were going to to to lunch. That is not appropriate if you ask me. The next thing i noticed was my apartment building's manager, who is not a lawyer, talking on her cellphone in the courtroom while a previous case was going on. I notified the judge who asked her about it and she just gave him a excuse. The fact is she lied to the court to get the phone in there in the first place and she knew who was in charge of that court and it wasn't the judge. Then the judge got to my case where i submitted pictures of the paint splatter on my car and the cleaner's car. He was in no position to complain to MJ Peterson as he needed them for a job reference shortly after that since he was graduating college and leaving the building where he worked and was able to live. One of the picture i submitted show the same paint from a reflection of the sign post as the paint splatter on his car. The MJ Peterson explanation was she thinks it could have come from roads stripes she thought were painted on the road at the time. After-all she could have said anything and it would not have changed the outcome.
