we make same kind of roti with rice flour, u may b knowing Thalieet uska naam. We put lot of onion green chilly corianer coconut scrped oil sait and mix with water( no aloo no sheng dana) and roast on twa same way as u did. We make it often for breakfast. But i will try your recipe also@BristiHomeKitchen
