Warner Bros find is awesome! Found some Lauren Moshi Jackets that could t find anything at all like them anywhere so I reached out to the company to see if they were real or fakes. They were real from her first year or two of the company. They couldn’t believe I found them because they had sold them off so long ago!
Isn't it so cool?! I've found out a BIT more since I filmed and edited the video - turns out there was less than 100 made, and they were given to the Warner Records promotional staff back in the 70s. That's the end of the line for me though... given the rarity, I just might reach out to them... VERY cool on the Lauren Moshi pieces, though! I've only found one piece (that brand did not really reach the East Coast so much, so it wasn't on my radar at all), and it sold pretty dang well, but I'll bet those were some cool pieces! She really had SUCH a vibe to her clothing!

Oh my god, no! We had a conflict that night, otherwise you KNOW I'd have been there. It's still my favorite place to catch a show. We missed them back when we lived in Utah as well - they played this really cool venue called Red Butte Gardens, and it sold out in MINUTES. Someday, the stars will align... they're on my concert bucket list for SURE!
I kind of love that hand painted hoodie thing and the hand painted linen sweater. I think I'd wear both. I thought of you today while I was using my Salvation Army coupon in Pasadena on the way home from work. I found a gorgeous 60s maxi chiffon embellished gown that someone else put back. A couple of cute vintage All That Jazz dresses - one pink NWT and so coquette! And a Vera Wang collection dress. Anyway, I was thinking "what if Julia and I were both shopping together at the same store - what goodies would we both find".
WOW! That's a dream thrift trip right there...You unlocked some kind of deep memory with All That Jazz! I've comPLETELY forgotten about them! If you list that 60s maxi, PLEASE post the link here - I've got to get my eyes on it! I swear - we'd be like feral children prowling the racks, but we'd leave no treasure undiscovered.. 🤣🤣🤣
Don't ditch that JPG! I just sold a Jean's Paul Gaultier tag- I think it was something that brand/designer used to do. Please research before you re-donate. Would love to hear if you find out when he did that.

Love your videos and learn sooo much from them so thank you!! Also a brand I stumbled across is Kettlewell. Found a belt that looked unused and nice quality. Then another belt plus 3 cardigans by same brand on same trip. They are a UK brand that does your ‘colors’. Very interesting and apparently they have a loyal following because the items went very quickly. 2 of the cardigans got bundled within a couple hours of listing!

Nice haul! The embroidery stitch on that Zara top is called a blanket stitch. A nice way to finish off hems, cuffs, even facings. Easily confused with a buttonhole stitch. I love the Warner sweater, Im guessing early 70's. Would be fun to research, my guess is an employee perk. I think my favorite is the black wool pants. They are mid/late 70's feel....Im sure I wore something very similar back in the day. They look gorgeous, would love to see them on a body. I need that blue hand painted top, does it look big enough for my big boobed body? Paper Temples is soooo expensive! I never see it outside of high end retail boutiques that specialize in lagenlook/artsy/boho. Never seems to go on sale either, lol.

I sell alot of active wear on PM. I only pick up ALO Yoga, Beyond Yoga, selective ZYIA, SET active, SHEFIT, Vuori, selective ALPHALETE and sweaty Betty, FLEO, Lululemon when I can find it not marked up which is rare. They also must be in excellent condition. I’ve sold ECHT and other brands but they are slow movers for me. Black is always a pick up.
Good lineup - I've actually never touched Ziya - I"m guessing that's one of those brands that you've got to know what's in demand... SHEFIT is one of my sleeper favorites! They sell so, so, so well!
I found a pair of nwt AYR The Secret Sauce jeans. They got a ton of attention right away and sold quickly. Could absolutely feel the quality just touching them like no other jeans I’ve ever come across(and I love jeans). They were just one size off so I didn’t keep them for myself but I’m definitely on the hunt for my size👀
Ughhh - I have YET to find a pair of them. I've got a friend who snagged a pair at the thrift and they are just so, so, so nice. I may just bite the bullet and splurge one of these days...If there's one thing I'm not afraid to drop a little coin on, it's the perfect jeans. Ugh, but you were SO CLOSE with one size off... sending you all the good vibes that one turns up at your thrift soon!
I love your hauls and you’re so knowledgeable . How many listings do you post a day as a full time reseller ? I’ve been reselling part time for several years and normally list 3-5 a day depending how much time I have . Just curious thanks !
So, the bins are basically the outlet for a thrift store chain - in my case, I usually go to the Goodwill Bins. They roll out big bins of items, and you dig through them to find the items you buy. They do also do Pallet sales, which I haven't tried, where you DO buy the big bins and sort through them after you purchase. They don't allow cameras in the bins around me, but if you do a search on UA-cam for "thrift with me at the goodwill bins", you should be able to find a video of someone actually shopping there - so you can see what it's actually like.
The bins are intended to liquidate things that didn’t sell at the thrift store. She is saving gorgeous, well made garments from the landfill. It takes time to source, clean, photograph, list/crosslist, inventory, ship. There’s nothing wrong with making money while doing something you love.

It depends on the day! I usually list somewhere between 5-10 per day, and I also relist 5-10 stale listings.
