If government removes the LTCG, then automaticlaly it would also mean that you can not claim loss and there won't be tax other than STT. I have better ideas about taxes especially stock maret, which will help country for 100 years.

Ltcg zero to nahi hoga aur i believe zero karne ki zarurat bhi nahi hai kyoki just 10% he to hai but jo 1 lakh tak Ltcg exempt hai uski limit 2.5 Lakh ker deni chahiye is se middle class aur small invester ko fayda hoga aur government ko bhi jyada revenue loss nahi hoga but agar Ltcg zero ho gaya to big investers aur uper class ko bhi fayda hoga but government ko kafi revenue loss hoga. Iske alawa 10 lakh tak income tax free ker deni chahiye govt. India ka gdp next five years me kafi high ho jayega.
