I just started Sunday. I did 15 mins on the exercise bike each day. Maybe I'll up it to 20.
If you put a squeeze of lemon or lime in the water I find that makes it easier to drink :) Or drinking sparkling or soda water, I find that a lot more enjoyable :)
I find it hard to get started, which is daft because I love it so much when I get going. The extra water is difficult for me as I have stomach problems and if I drink ‘too much’ I slosh and then throw up. I put my ideal daily amount in a couple of bottles so I could see how badly I’m doing. It helped me get an extra half litre in. Thanks for the encouragement, it’s really helping👍🏻
