According to the rules that came with the game, the throwing order changes throughout the game depending on who scored the highest points in the previous round, but this rule seems to be omitted in organized games. Has that rule been changed?
The starting team for the first set was determined by a coin flip, which Eesti won. Then the starting team alternated for the next three sets without regard to the points scored. For this final set, the points in the first four sets were in favor of Janetzk1 Dream Team (180 vs 161) which awarded them the opening shot. I believe the tournament organizers can pick which system to use for determining starting players, so there can be some differences. :-)

For this event, there was no visual scoreboard for the audience. The players kept their own scorepad in addition to the referee and announcer.
