      yes cind of slow, but they did the job they was ment to do:::: adjust the stream of cut off waste from, be it a sawmill ore say a furniture factory.
      reducing and adjusting the stream of cutoffs to the boilers-heaters ovens need.
      Notice its only mostly short pieces, likely the ends of 2x4 and 2x6s that usually develope some cracks making them less usable,
      So they are often used as fuel to heat the building, at least at the factory i worked at many years ago that made prefabricated elements to wooden houses.
      so that when the foundation was ready, a truck with a crane loaded with wall-roof elements and 1-2 carpenters could rise a house in 1-2 days. hehe
      but our boiler wasnt very big, around 200kw so we only put wood in a few times a day maually on cold days. and gave away most of it to
      people who askd for it if our waste bins started to get to full since we didnt burn around 8-9 months a year.

      Yes ...the first two machines seemed to be rubbish....hardly anything went on to the conveyor-belt

    • @samkom33
      @samkom33 7 місяців тому +1

      @@bosrensen6329 They arent totally rubbish. 😉 But the first one isnt buildt for crushing long planks becouse as you see if more than 50% of the plank is outside the drum it fall out, and ore dont reach down far enough to hit the hammer mill that pulverise the wood and and almost anything else that hit the hammers. hehe
      Used RIGHT a drum grinder by putting in shorter planks ore say garbage ore haybales ore whatever its a very effective maskine.
      The second one that eat treestumps seam to struggle a bit more than normal. It can be many things, a weak motor ore wrong electronic turn setup ore
      worn ot gears, and so on but normaly its a great maskine for chewing treeroots that can have say stones in them that would ruin the knifes on a '
      regular woodchipper.

    The gentleman in the second clip throwing Stumps full of mud isn’t very intelligent, find a small log or stump and drop it on them to get some of the mud off, rather lazy if you ask me or he hasn’t been trained properly. A lot of the wood chips / grindings are used in large furnaces for heating and other things so they expect a clean product. ( they don’t want to burn dirt ) I know this because I ran a wood chipper for a while. Thank You For The Video It Was Good. * 2-10-2024

      @@tboniusmaximus3047that’s not true, why do you make comments if you know nothing about the process. Your comment is invalid in every word you wrote.
      I’m saying they need to get a lot more of the dirt of the stumps before grinding them, all that needs to be done is drop them on the ground a few times and yes this process of chipping is very useful. There are big manufactures that purchase this wood for heating purposes. I know this because I used to do it and I knew it with you we’re going. So don’t be so derogatory don’t speak about things you know nothing about it makes you look stupid and takes away your credibility. 3-5-2024 SOME PEOPLE !!!

      @deannelson9565 4 місяці тому

      @far_outlook how much Furniture Do you want to build there isn't enough homes to put it in. Furthermore when you are talking about taking wood chips and turning them into an actual wood product you're looking at a major manufacturer not a small size logging operation. If you were in England or some Western European country where their forests have been destroyed and then yeah I can see trying to save every last little bit but here in the United States and Canada where we have more trees today than we did yesterday and we'll have more trees tomorrow that we do today it's not that big of a deal.
