Dee double u I still have a hope 2 evo from 2013 going strong. I had a Koozer hub fall apart in less then a year. The only low end hubs that don't fall apart are the bikehubstore.com MTB270. I just upgraded the 142mm alxe to all steel and also a steel freehub body.
hey just a question how did you louden your koozer xm470 hubs like that i have one but im not satisfied because its not that loud can you tell me how you make it loud like this thank you and god bless
@@johanbesar8041 disregard my comment loudening a hub is a fucking mistake, especially for ratchets, the outcomes of removing the grease in your hubs can lead to rusting, freewheel is quickly gonna stop and of course the freehub body might break because of too much vibration and friction because there is no grease
I´m prety sure the Koozers XM470´s ratchet can withstand any kind of abuse in the mountain, 9 months later i had to open the ratchet because wasn´t spinning freely, but seems to be perfect, i just cleaned and regreased, also the bearings are ok. Any important issue so far
until this day i still want to know like how on earth does he louden his koozer xm470 ratchet hubs like wtf you cant increase ratchet type hubs sounds unlike pawl type hubs.
Hope is extremely good, excell in durability and performance, one year so far, any issues at all. With koozers i hae been using them for almost 5 months and no issues at all, i like the solid engagement of the ratchet, nos so quick but it feels like can handle some abuse. Bearings spin freely despite some muddy trails.
Isso não e muito preciso, porque o cubo pode vir de fábrica mais lubrificado que outro e fazer menos som por estar mais lubrificado, igual pode vir um com pouca lubrificação tendi um desgaste mais rápido mas muito barulhento
Koozer are very bad 9 months & inner bearings explode, sound? who gives a shit! stick with hope as they have a lifetime guarantee or even shimano XT is better but heavier.
i ask for hubs not chainsaw lol
3 года ездил на PRO4, лучшие втулки
Hope sounded better even tho it was not louder.
well i hear that the Hope 4 is bomb proof .. one mechanic said he hasnt see one of his customers in over two years to service his hub
well, any hub should be serviced at least yearly, no matter what... Even Chris Kings says to service their hubs every 6 to 12months...

A brilliant review

Clean the pin grease inside and use oil but you need to oil it every week.

Where to buy Koozer xm 470?
Someone needs to balance their wheels...
Koozer ✊😨 full gas
I just received my xm470 ratchet thru hubs, do you have the measurements for the hubs to put in a spoke calculator?
Everyone arguing about hopes and koozers and saying hopes are better. Well, true BUT tell them to have it IN STOCK🤷🏼
Why do they have to sound like that?
The koozer xm470 hub is a good hub for MTB/ downhill?

good for downhill but not to extreme...
@@jonathanapostol6986 Nah I do street trials and i didnt punish them much... Inner bearings are cheap as chips.I would never trust them for downhill.
No is pies of shit

How many pawl on ratchet hub
Can you tell me what the measurement of the Rays and the rim is?
Która głośniejsza? Lepsza? I droższa?
Pod względem wykonania zdecydowanie lepszy Hope koszt Pro 4 to około 900 PLN natomiast Koozer to koszt w okolicach 170 PLN. (z tego co wiem)
Karol Bogdański a jeśli chodzi o głośność ? Która głośniejsza ?

where can I get the HOPE PRO? pass me the link pls :(
Magkano ba yung Koozer nayang nsa video?
Koozer is the best
what application you use bro?
Junerel Sareño it's called Sound Meter
Try DT Swiss 18/36/54 star ratchet and let see who has the loudest sound.
I had a DT 18/36 Ratchet, the 36 was louder. I think a 54 ratchet must be louder than 36
Yap
@@bikepluschetumal4848 hallo kurze frage ist die DTSwiss 36 oder 54 lauter als die Hope Pro 4 ??
Koozer sounds way better.
Dont understand why people wants more noise.
Safety. On a race, you can alert the rider behind you to stay vigilant, on a bike tracks you can alert other bikers and tourists at blind corners
the sound of koozer is high but horror
Kasih tahu sekalian harganya min?
AGUS ALFAN KAMIL koozer 1,2an . Hope 3,5an

Boo for Koozer not making a 150x12mm rear hub...
That Koozer Sounds sucks...
If u want to consider a cheaper alternative get the ARC Hub Carbon.. Sounds like a Hope Pro 4 hubs...

I don't think loudness is a useful comparison for hubs that already are loud enough.
ws lee that's true, but a lot of people like loud hubs so i think for some could be useful
no some people brag it tho
