I honestly live for Jihyo's transformation.. whenever I feel like giving up on my weight loss journey...I just look towards her..and realise that weight loss is not just an overnight thing..it requires patience and time

But jihyo was perfectly healthy. The only reason she has to lose weight was because of unrealistic beauty standards, and body shaming. That shouldn’t be celebrated
While that may be true, at the very least I am glad that she eased into it and didn't drastically lose weight by the time of their debut. I watched a video showing her gradual weight loss and it really makes me glad she seemed to adopt a healthier way to lose weight.

For me I think MiChaeng has the most unnoticeable change, probably just the make-up & styles plus the whole vibes they gives as they mature up but overall their features are pretty much the same as their young version.

I would say Jihyo's and Sana's glow-up struck me the most. Jihyo's weight loss and short hair made her more good-looking and her confidence improved a lot. Sana glow-up focused more on her physical look and maturity. I would say she has the best body in twice despite her baby face.

Honestly it looks like to me that Momo got double eyelid surgery bc her eyes predebut look tinier and not even and dont have thick double eyelids like she does now. Just an observation I made while looking at her predebut photo and her now photo

Bc if Momo closes her eyes she has a line on her eye where she got the double eyelids. Unlike a natural double eyelid like Tzuyu. If Tzuyu closes her eyes there's no line.

Chaeyoung looks so cute. I remember that baby pic of chae it has a video, then in online fanmeet someone ask her to copy that video, she was so adorable!(it was in twitter). She just matured a little bit since she's already 22 years old. She is not afraid to show her bare face cause she knows how gorgeous she is, yeah she must be God's favorite, she never experience being ugly. Son family has natural beauty. Chaeyoung brother is a model, and her mom being questioned by knetz if she's an actress cause she looks like one😂 they are the visual fam.

THE VISUAL OF TWICE IS NEVER A JOKE! THEY'RE THE TRUE MEANING OF BEAUTIFUL FACES WITH DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES!
In my opinion the idols that haven't changed much in terms of Auras are nayeon, mina and jeongyeon mainly because their individual style was already showing. Nayeon definitely had and still has the hyper feminine youthful style. Jeongyeon had a cool, tomboy, chic style (like zandeya) and she's still flaunting it. Mina, like what the commenter said has established her quiet, elegant, sensual style before debut and all she can do is get better.

One thing I noticed in your videos is that your narration has always been very loving and kind towards any idol you talked about. Even now you emphasized how twice were beautiful before and after their transformation! I just watched another video talking about kpop visual holes and the person was putting the mentioned idols down and only praising them for losing weight (most often unhealthy). With this comparison I noticed that you always choose kind words towards any person and always embrace a loving attitude infront of other ❤ thank you for your videos!!!

Yea, these girls are naturally gorgeous. You can get an idea of their natural look when they do Vlives in their pajamas lol. Whenever I see Hollywood female celebs without makeup, it's always shocking to me how different they look.

I will never understand society. They say they love their idols and don’t want anything bad to happen to them, but they’re the same people who criticize the idols weight or something. Jeong Yeon needed a break because of her anxiety and saying stuff like “she needs to lose weight” won’t help. Just be happy she still here with us doing the best she can! When the time comes and she’s ready, we’ll see the “size difference”, but to me it doesn’t really matter because she can sing and I love her voice💙
Sana and Momo changed a lot. When both of them were trainees they were mistaken as a twin. But now we can hardly see the resemblance of the two. Without makeup Twice still looks the same when they were trainees, especially Mina. She looks the same with or without makeup.
Also because the two arrived the same day at Jyp, they traveled together and lived together, that's why people thought they were family in addition to being from Japan, Sana was also confused in the beginning with Tzuyu that even a fan greeted her like tzuyu but It not means that they look alike, I think that all the members have always had different characteristics
interesting video! :) looking at some of the pictures, i think it's just healthy to remind us that we shouldn't compare ourselves to idols too much and then feel bad cause it's not realistic. if we're being honest, most of our favorite idols most likely had gotten something done and that's totally fine. but let's not forget that + the fact that they have their make up- and hair artists, extensions, probably a certain diet routine, a stylist for their outfits etc. :)

Your body, your rules.)

I actually went through their old photos and Jeongyeon and Mina looks exactly the same as pre-debut. Most of them actually look exactly as their pre-debut but they just had weight loss change this their features enhanced.
Skin bleaching is overexaggerated. If I stay out in the summer for a long time, and then don't go out for like 2-3 years, my skin naturally goes from tanned to its natural lighter color. So people assuming they were dark before and lightened their way all the way up to their current tone have zero understanding of how skin works.
They do lighten their skins with products to a degree, but that "milky" look is achieved mostly with makeup and lighting. If you look at the girls without makeup, you'll see that they are not that light with the exception of Dahyun because that's her natural skin tone.
@@chrisc1184 I don't only mean the face, I mean whole damn body. You do know that korea has one of the best cosmetology and surgery industries in the world, for sure they have a lot of skin whitening treatments, glutathione stuff, and so much more.
@@margaret-ti7ct Yea, they get makeup done in many areas + the lighting. For example, look at Tzuyu and Jihyo in 2018 Kcon. They have a natural light tan. They're not as light like in some of the recent music videos (and these two honestly look better w a light tan IMO). Even in their vlives, you can see that their skin tone on their bodies is not as white as in the MVs and live performances.
Some members like Sana and Dahyun have obviously been always light-toned while the other members are light-medium toned similar to the default Asian skin tone.
Actually Tzuyu isn't as white like say her to be. In a concert in Manila she stands out the most. It isn't as white like how Videos make her to be, she has a natural tan color :)

I think that the one that changed the most was nayeon, I think she has lately put fillers in her lips, and had a rhinoplasty when she first debuted and another in 2020, Anyway, there is nothing wrong with her having plastic surgeries, I think the most natural ones are Mina and maybe Tzuyu, that's my opinion

Yes Nayeon looks so different, and her nosejob is obvious. She used to have a bump on her nose, and it is now gone. I think Nayeon also got forehead inplant. Her forehead is rounder and bigger now and maybe she also shaved her hairline.

You should really talk about the fact that a lot of them have had plastic surgery. This isn’t a hateful comment, but it’s simply misleading to let young girls believe all the change was just due to styling and puberty. A lot of plastic surgeons have given their own opinions on them and said themselves that they believe certain members had surgery.
I don’t think Mina, tzuyu, sana or jihyo had any plastic surgery. Just looking at their pictures. However I’m pretty sure nayeon had a nose job and momo got double eyelid. The others I’m not too sure about

I personally think jihyo and chaeyong had big glow ups. You can see Chaeyong really embracing experimenting with new looks each era and she is getting so much more confident. And of course jihyo just bursted with confidence after like 3 comebacks and she kept getting more and more confident

I feel like chaeyoung changed the most. In the first half of her career thus far, you can tell she was the very cute small girl of the maknae line. Like she looks super pretty now, but if you look at her child pics you can see that she was supposed to be pretty all her life! She just had a glow down in her late teens due to weight gain. So that's why I think she had the best glow up. She just returned to her original beauty😍
