You can have whatever opinions you want about how free market is their industrialization policy and car makers being allowed to operate only in joint venture with domestic car makers, but they all have access to the same loans as their purely domestic competitors have, same car parts suppliers as purely domestic companies, chinese citizens don't get incentives based on where the company is located. It will be a political suicide if the politicians admit that if all the car companies shut down production and import cars from China and South Korea it will be much cheaper because of their well developed domestic supply chain and industrial policy in general.

I wet brine turkey for about 5 days and dry brine for 2 in order to get the skin crispy. It's always moist and full of flavor.
Turkey meat is delicious if you're not cooking it 20+ portions at a time. Roasting a whole bird all at once is ridiculous.
