San Roque Dam - San Manuel, Pangasinan - DV (Dec. 26, 2022)

On our 2nd day in San Manuel, Pangasinan, we woke up around 5am and had breakfast before visiting San Roque Dam. It was still dark when we left the motel and the sun was just rising from the horizon when we arrived at the gate of the San Roque Power Corp. We were not allowed to pass thru the gate because we had no official business with them and was directed by the guards to a dirt road that leads to the re-regulating pond that supplies water to the irrigation canals and also flows down to the Agno River.
