The only prerequisite for this movement is the tornado kick, you can find a lot of tutorial on youtube about it. The td raiz is simple but can take a long time to understand it, but once mastered it's as simple as a cartwheel, scoot, gumbi, ...
@@worldbestflipping Today I trained for td raiz for 1 hour. I almost understood the technique, but I can't do it properly. I eighter can't swing so high, or do the rotation part wrong. I feel like I should learn the raiz without hands first, then do a td raiz (Since every td raiz being performed that I watch, I feel like they just use their hand as an improvise, rather than using it as a supporter)
