Both modern and historic! The video is almost done, just needs editing tomorrow, and on Friday it will be up! I can't wait to hear about YOUR modern faves, dear Alexandra! ✨🙏💖
Hi Mascha!!! Hope you are well! I am sooo late in the series 🙈, I have been so busy lately! Snowed under as they say😅. I will try to bring back time and keep up soon if I can. Thank you so much for your videos, it is always a pleasure to watch. 💖🦄
Yes! I'm very well, dear Sandy! I too took a couple of weeks break from Top Tarot Trumps and will be a week or two late with my Sun Card Feature, as I'm off to Japan this weekend. I shall be looking forward to your videos, lovely! ✨🙏💖
Great video Mascha! 💖 I didn't realise how many iterations of The Moon there had been! I really like all the cards with the astrologers/astronomers, it's such a visible link to the idea of the divinatory arts, and all that we associate with this card. And of course I love the ones with Diana 🌙
YES! Historically, when it comes to the celestials (Star, Moon, Sun), there have been varieties and shifts too between the cards! I too LOVE the link with Diana/Artemis, Tye and will mention it again in Part 2, where I'll be sharing my faves of this Arcanum. ✨🙏💖
Thank you, lovely Julia! Yes, I too love the reference to Diana! And that’s exactly what I love about your card selections too - they come from the decks that I’m not familiar with but love learning about! 🌙🙏💛
I've always thought the most curious thing in Moon cards is that crayfish. I realize it's something emerging from the water which can represent hidden things, but who decided on crayfish which are freshwater creatures? I think as the moon influences the tides, it should be a salt water creature so I vote for lobster, which tastes better anyway! Thanks, Mascha. 🌝😆
I''m a cancerian, a crab🦀, born on a Monday (Moon Day) - so the link with the Moon and my attraction to the Moon (I have been mesmerised by sit ince very young age) ) makes a lot of sense to my zodiac sign of Cancer... Funnily I have a fear of fish, and would never eat a crab or a lobster... Being a vego saves me too! 🤣🥦💚
That's a lot of Moon cards, Mascha! Must feel equally fun/amazing to pull them all out, yet I know what it's like to tidy it all up! Gassman, Mitelli, Dodal (what version is this with the dark water and moon face?), Gerard Bodet & Vachetta - how about that for a top 5 historical?
Yeah! I actually don’t mind the cleaning part! It is fun for me and very relaxing, AND I get to touch more of my decks than I normally would in a month..🤭🥰 Thank you for being here, Sadhana! 🙏🩵 Love the decks you mentioned for the historical faves! 😍
thank you so much for this wonderful video! Absolutely love the older style decks :) but also cannot wait your modern selection ❤

Fascinating Mascha, I generally buy modern contemporary decks so its great to see these historical decks. I love the cards with Diana ❤😘

@@musingsbymascha Well that explains it. According to the old rhyme Monday's child is fair of face! (Of course I'm Wednesday's child--full of woe!). 😄
@@papermoontarot4219 and I’ve learnt something new today! It’s the first time I am hearing of this old rhyme! 🥰🙏💛
