1 esp, carreader, raspberrypi, datacable, rfid reader and pendrive and laptop are enough no need to carry so much of devboarda,,, note,,, rfid reader can read and write both but u need programmable cards,, which is not available in india,,, if programmable cards are not there then rfidreader is a waste

these are no way hacking devices... ya the wifi adapter can be one.. but the antenna looks like 5dbi..thus poor signal..
Talking about the ducky yes pico and leonardo can be used but they are not at all used by legit hackers.. rubber ducky is the thing to have and use..
As you have a rpi4.. use multiple adapter to kind of make a wifi pinapple no one needs those ESPs.
The rfid sensor is also a weak one.. having barely 10 mm range...sensor greater than 20-30 cm in range is a good start...
didnt want to disappoint.. just stating what is used.. and there are many... dropbox.. lan star.. hdmi tap.. lan tap.. to name a few...also keep a ethernet cable.. comes handy
