In case of Question no.16 , there is an income tax judgement where the product rendered fit for Market is not agricultural income. Therefore option C is not agricultural income.
Sir please check the question number 75....I think answer would be tax planning not tax avoidance.... please make it clear

Because reduced tax liability by following permissible way would be tax planning
