As a Christian my question is: is there also a law to regulate Islam practice? If not,we are going to resist this bill with last ounce of our blood. Period.
I don't think Christianity can be successfully isolated and targeted by a religious bill. At least, not is Nigeria with the strength of Christianity. Also, not under this new government. They will be extra careful not to cause religious war. It is politics, they will have to do things that will win the trust of the Christian populace because of their muslim/muslim ticket.

Study 2 thessalonians 2,Matthew 24,and Revelation 13 proves there's nothing like rapture. Anyone who believes in Christ Jesus should prepare for tribulation. Revelation 12:11 says so.

The problem you had is that the bill was sponsored by Christian and it was the Muslim that opposed it. The lawyer talk about the bill being supported by foreign countries non of which is a Muslim country but rather all of the bill supporters are either Christian country or local Christian politician.

Some things that should go in any bill...
- Curb public noise (loud speakers, call to prayers etc. and nuisance e.g. shouting on buses and trains, religion is personal and should be so practised).
- Audit church accounts to retain their tax-exempt status.
- Pastors and priests that gives family and marital advises should have some formal training in psychology and counselling.
- State should have the right to investigate fraud and abuse before followers starve to death like they did in Kenya.
- Don't touch the tenets of any religion, don't regulate the teachings e.g. all religions frown at LGBTQ issues, never force that down people's throat.
Nigeria is a circular state and shall remain so.
- But to be fair, we don't have Imams flying private jets and building 10k capacity auditorium everywhere.....in my view, one religion have more fanatics and ppl willing to kill for te prophets while the other keep scamming their congregants of their hard earned money, living large off them.....
If we can get a good quorum and nation builders into this committee, from all sides and religions, we will have some sanity in religion generally......it needs some intervention really.....

How many times will you all be praying? You can’t wish or pray away whatever you think are obstacles or scourges. Africans, especially presidents, governors and others should be able to invest in their countries and in Africa. The only way to be able to control the world easily is by control of their spiritual lives. The major thing here is that Africa leaders should invest their resources in Africa, by so doing Africa will obtain respect and value.
