Hunger Not really selling success since we finished in better league positions every season after we sold players. Doubt it will happen this season but since Pochettino we've arguably gotten a lot better! :-)
Southampton have done well and brought a lot of young players through but they've never really been successful in that time so I'm not sure they'd count.
Football Daily I was shocked to see no Southampton. They just love to sell their team to Liverpool. They only want to make them better. Check out my channel for the latest Football news!
Dortmund are 12 points behind Bayern Munich in 6th , yes they have bought very good youngsters in but Bayern Munich are still dominating Reus will leave this year .
Ajax can't return because money is now a too big thing in football. All the players leave at the age of 22/23/24 because an English club throws money at them on that age.
YouriFifa yes i completely agree with you ajax habe the best youth systems that uses it players but money buys everything they go off to spain england or italy where they are bought for hefty prices and paid hefty wages and ajax uses most of that money in their youth academy
YouriFifa Shame they have a price cap on player's transfers and wages. It's painful being an Ajax fan and seeing all the talent leave. Even recently this happens, like Eriksen, Cillessen(Prefer Onana but idc), and Luis Suárez.
It is unfortunate the clubs really can't succeed anymore by just developing good players. They need a lot of money to make it to the top nowadays, so that they can keep their stars and sign other world class players. On a side note, I really enjoy the World Cup and other national team competitions because of the lack of transfers. Teams really need to work their way up themselves in order to be successful. I think a cap on transfer fees and wages like Mika Vanderbrug suggested might be an interesting idea, although when these limits existed in the past, they led to corruption and scandal. But with better oversight, that might not be a problem anymore.
If Ajax were In a more competitive league they would be a club that can challenge with Madrid and Barca since they'll be able to keep more of those legends
Atletico Madrid has been selling too many of their best players as well, such as Fernando Torres, Falcao, Diego Costa, Courtois, Felipe Luis (wich they got back a season later, but still), Miranda and Arda Turan. Atletico would've won way more trophies if they where better at keeping their best players.
*WHAT ABOUT ATLETICO MADRID? WORLD CLASS STRIKERS LEFT! DIGEO COSTA, FERNANDO TORRES, SERGIO AGUERO AND SOMEONE I CANT REMEMBER XD ALSO DONT FORGET DE GEA!*

Football Effectus Santos Hasn't won anything bigger than a state championship since Neymar & co left (though they are still competitive and were second place in 2015's Brazilian Cup and 2016's Brazilian Serie A)
Crazy to think how different European football would be if some of these clubs held on to their top stars, Tottenham would probably have won at least 1 league title if they still had Modric and Bale, how many CL titles did Ajax sell?? How many Bundesliga titles did BVB sell to Bayern, who knows how far Porto could have gone if they kept Jose and that team that won the CL, it must suck to support selling clubs. Think of how different football would be if Barca were a selling club and let Iniesta, Messi and Xavi leave in like the late 2000s, they'd probably only have 1 CL title in the last 10 years instead of 4 and maybe like 1 or 2 la liga titles instead of 8
@@maxkappert9795 Two european finals, 4 league titles and several minor trophies in the last 5 years is not being successfull to you, you must support barça or bayern or juventus to be so demading. Also, that list doesn't have even half of the stars Benfica sold in the last years.

Reallyx3619 Fuck real Madrid, I remember when they didn't need to spend huge and could lure players because of how good the club is but now they're throwing money left right and centre at players it's so sad
AJAX probably is the best at developing players(all-time), and lets not forget Atletico Madrid cause they have replace their talent so well even though they lost their best players to bigger clubs.
What about Atletico or Southampton? Or Borussia Mönchengladbach: Marco Reus, ter Stegen, Granit Xhaka, Dante, Max Kruse, Marko Marin... or maybe Benfica: Witsel, di Maria, Renato Sanches, David Luiz...

Atletico to Chelsea
Dortmund to Bayern Southampton to Liverpool
Arsenal to Man City

Football Effectus Santos Hasn't won anything bigger than a state championship since Neymar & co left (though they are still competitive and were second place in 2015's Brazilian Cup and 2016's Brazilian Serie A)

ajax's main plan is selling, AS Roma should be there: Batistuta, Samuel, cafu, Emerson, zebina, carboni, pjanic, el sharaawy, gervinho, Cassano, vucinic, and so goes on
For Ajax they should've mentoined the fact that they had Zlatan, Suarez and Huntelaar
