Real time is good for shorter distances, fast lapse is good for longer trips. Loving your vlogs guys. Can't wait to come back out there on March. 🇦🇺👍😀❤️
Hi Bergins, Love your videos. Real time for me. The more I can see of beautiful Bali the better. Years ago we thought of retiring to Bali and opening a sandwich & pie shop with home made bread in Sanur, but it didn't eventuate. We stay at the Vila Shanti beach Hotel when we go to Bali. A lovely little hotel next to the Griya Santrian.
Thank you for this! Amed area is my favorite beach side place to stay in Bali. So relaxing and calming, so much to explore. Or do nothing at 😊 Music matches the laid back vibe beautifully. So much has changed since I was last there so it was nice to get a good look of the familiar and the new additions in the villages as you were driving through.
I love real time so I can see the scenery people and buildings. If people think your videos are too long they can always watch them in fits and starts. Thanks so much for sharing Amed with us.
We prefer realtime speed, not fast. As we watch we talk about what places are still there or changes we notice. And ooooh that muffin looks divine, definitely a good recommendation there!
I like to see as much as possible as has been many years since I last stayed in Amed and even back then I did not explore the area much. For this reason I think it's great to see as much as possible of the area, sights, local warungs etc etc Thanks for sharing your trip and adventures. I have been to Tirta Gangga and it is by far my favourite water palace, a truly beautiful place to spend some time
There's a small Ship Wreck at Ahmed that you can Snorkel on, 50 or so meters from the shore, very pretty, with a nice cafe in front. Coconut Sugar (Kalapa Gula) is very good for health guys, especially Diabetes type 2.
I like the video to be slow, mainly as I’m travelling there for first time soon and can see what’s around better. Very helpful as you rode past where I’m staying 😊
Hello Hello, each video is getting better. Continue doing what you’re doing, edit, sleep on it, then if both of you are happy with the end product I am sure we will. Thank you for time, information and entertainment 😀 you can’t please everyone 🍻
Nice Video. If you are really in to snorkelling and diving. Try Pemuteran also. It has the same atmosphere and is even more laid back with very clean and clear water. The national park is amazing also.
Thanks for sharing this. I'm in Amed now and went to the same restaurant this lunchtime :) Real time is best in my opinion but for longer trips then maybe speed it up perhaps. Thanks again :)
Were you at Tirta Gangga early morning, mid day or arvo? Looked awesome without crowds. My friend who lives there had it to himself last year and warned it would be very crowded when I was in Bali last month, but that looks nice, no probs.
Real time. 1) We can pause if we spot something thriling, and the resolution is better, and 2) this is not the sort of video we want to watch if we're pressed for time..
The more detail th better, for my interest level. ( I’m a full-on Balophile) However, I think that we recognise that not every potential viewer , particularly “newbies”has Th required attention span. So, maybe a happy medium🧐. 🤭Looks like the diplomatic corps’ loss , is BergsinBali’s gain, when it comes to me😅🤣.😂
Real time please - the fast stuff does my head in - I have vertigo and can’t even watch it, love your work!
Thanks for your reply 🤩🤩
Amed was our favorite spot in Bali. And we totally loved Bali Bhuana. Totally my style of place.
Thanks for watching, we’re going to stay at Bali Bhuana next time, it looks great

Wow, we went to the water palace many years ago and were very disappointed as it was totally neglected. There was noone there except us!

Thanks, we appreciate that.
Nice relaxed vlog I like the real time not sped up :) guessing Mr was wrong lol
Thanks for your feedback, it was Mrs that was wrong 😆
I been AMED somany times took customer drive there for diving and snorkling
It was our first time and we loved it.
love both! real time is amazing but can be too long sometimes.
Thanks for your feedback
One question: did you just snorkel there in front of your hotel beach?
Yes you can, also there’s a spot to the right of the hotel if the tides out.
Were you at Tirta Gangga early morning, mid day or arvo? Looked awesome without crowds. My friend who lives there had it to himself last year and warned it would be very crowded when I was in Bali last month, but that looks nice, no probs.
We were there late morning so I could just film around the people.
@@bergsinbali Nice, didn't look crowded at all : )
It wasn’t, it was great
💖👌😍😍😍👍💖
been going there for 12 years, can't beat it.
We’re busting to get back soon!
Oh hell no, slowmow sux so hard. Speeding up the ride is better imo, we do have lives LOL ; )
I totally agree!
Real time is best…if you speed it up, you’ll miss all the good bits 😅
Thanks for your feedback
K and S. In real time thanks, is it S that wants to speedy Gonzales the footage.? Ciao
Thanks for your feedback, it’s not S who wants to speed 😂
Those Warungs sure beat a night at Smorgys on the pier.
Sure do. Are you from Geelong ?
@@bergsinbali Yep, KI’ve been to your house back in the 90’s, when your sons were young.
Lol that’s funny
