- In this video we will see how to make egg roast recipe in Tamil. This muttai masala / muttai varuval is an excellent side dish for rice or chapathi. This Egg fry recipe can be made either as a curry/gravy or as a semi-dry version as demonstrated in the video. This spicy egg roast can be made very quickly and easily using a handful of ingredients. This muttai masala recipe spices up ordinary boiled eggs and adds lot of flavor to them.
