Phil called Harper on her BS, got her to open up and comforted her without a second thought. That’s what she needs in a partner. I hope they don’t fall back into an affair. Let Phil support Harper as a friend as her marriage implodes, and let Harper step up and really get to know Phil. She thinks Phil has moved on and can’t see the hurt she’s hiding. Give them a solid foundation to build something real and lasting.
Totally agree. I hope they develop an actual friendship. I have a feeling they won't have them get back together and focus on them becoming friends. That being said, I think it will also become obvious to others that there is something brewing between them. Provided Monique keeps her mouth shut, I think the friendship will develop, Drew and Harper will split and Vili will notice something brewing between Phil and Harper and be the one to push for them to be together. All the drama over the affair will AFTER Phil and Harper get officially together (because Monique WILL have let it slip by that point). VIli will be hurt for like 4 episodes, Drew is the one that will pitch a fit and use it as ammo in their custody battle.
What I love is that they keep showing us that Phil and Harper are meant to be together. They know each other so well, understand what's going on underneath. I do feel for Phil she's trying to move on and she's been pulled back into that drama again. I do hope that after all of this they do get together but the waiting may kill me 🤣
Thank you Nicole for the upload. They’re gonna make Harper and Phil friends. Hopefully not for too long when they’re fighting their feelings for each other forever again. I really hope they can just be honest with each other and be happy.
I feel bad for Phil. She took time to "clear her head", to try to get over Harper and find happiness without all the drama and frustration, and she decided that her path for that was with Vili. Harper brought this on herself, mucking it up with _both_ Drew and Phil, didn't seem to be concerned about Phil and why she was gone...it's just all about Harper, as usual. And now she is sucking Phil back into "feelings" by breaking down and saying she's all alone and weeping in Phil's arms. Of *course* Phil is going to feel something with Harper in her arms again. I just hope Drew finally faces his own feelings and talks divorce with Harper. She doesn't seem to be able to take that step, but it looks like he may be. And then if Harper can face that and let go of her dying/dead marriage, maybe she can get some psych help and be ready for her and Phil to finally come back to each other, without the drama, games, subterfuge.
See, I totally agree with what you said. But it is just too level-headed and reasonable for a soap opera 😅 So likely they’ll put them right back into an affair 😂
The show writers drive me absolutely crazy. Why is it sooo hard for soaps to show how much courage it takes to walk away from a dead marriage?! Sticking together for the kids causes more damage. Harper and Drew’s marriage is too broken to try and even attempt putting back together. Respectfully move on and coparent your children.
Outside of drew and harper ending The only way for Harper and phil to be anything real they have to be friends first because Drew and harper are becoming a shit show by day, so Harper will need someone
