Luxurious Middle Eastern spices and slow cooking make this Moroccan Lamb Tagine a tender and exotic stew.
Nice tip about checking the tenderness of the cooked lamb. imho I would mix the spices in by hand so that you get piece covered with spice. I would also recommend not adding the onion to the marinade as the onion will block parts of lamb from browning.

What are the spices?
Had to go to their link utm.io/uIBX, and find:
• 1 tbsp ras el hanout (Moroccan spice blend)
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
