Sean, this video of yours is worth hundreds of the guitar tutorials that stiff UA-cam. When you teach you run the risk that guys really learn! 😃
Love your no BS videos. You’re the best.
Your lessons are just gold! Thank u!!
Sean,
Lots of gold nuggets in this lessons!
I have been working on melodic soloing using chord tones like you show and your video helped move the needle a few steps forward for me. Thank you and well done!
Awesome sean, the way you teach is great, Me to struggling with getting lost on the fretboard, But with the chord shapes your ear gets pulled towards the next chord tone.. thanks man for showing this..
Your subs are going up because you’re killin it ! Thanks!👍☮️
Man this is heartwarming to hear you've not known this for longer than you have known it! Ive played for near 40yrs as a hobby and the idd band but never knew about caged till like a year ago.. my goal is to be able to play decent solos for songs ive written.. i Love how you explain and simplify it.. great chanmel mate, please keep it up 👍🙏🕊️
You sounded really great over the backing tracks. Very tasty.
Hello, thank you very much for your simple and clear video explanation. Could you make a video with different licks that we play on each chord and different progressions? Thank you.
With this lesson and the one you did several days ago, I am getting better with hitting chord tone through skill/feeling and less on luck. 😂
It seems that I need to spend alot of effort in a single area to really understand where the shapes live with the chord tones are. Not fun working this out on paper to learn/internalize.
Great video as always, thank you!
Another Great Video!
Great lesson brother
@@mikepin5979 thanks so much! Much appreciated
Can you tell me what chord shapes you are playing up around the 9th to 12th frets at the start of the lesson ? Please.........i cant make them out
