Awesome, I am quite happy that this new theme month starts on my 21st birthday. In my world the Feywild represent the unpredictability and chaos of nature unlike the hells and the heavens that have very strict rules for how things turns. The best way to think about the Feywild is that it’s like a mix of Wonderland, Oz, Neverland, Narnia and the movie Annihilation. I would like to suggest the Bulgasari an ever growing Iron Eating monster from Korean mythology.
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! I'm pretty sure the Fey are my favourites (Feyvourites??) as well. They're so diverse! So much potential!
Loving the new style and the slight detour through the fairy circle into the feywild. Your artwork is splendid as always. It would look fitting on a treasured deck of cards or a tarot deck. I've tried to grok the fey for a while, and I feel like you've given me some keys to understanding them as a DM.
This is superb - what a way to kick the year off! I'm a sucker for the Fey and the Feywilde, having been an avid reader and re-reader of Roger Lancelyn Green's book about King Arthur when I was a little kid. This piece is amazing, boss. I love the style, it's got that tarot-card from Dragonage Inquisition vibe, which I really like (I like Gustav Klimt, Alphonse Mucha and Van Goch's stuff, which seem to me to have been at least part of the inspiration for the art style in that game) and this really resonates along that vibe, if that makes sense, but it really has it's own energy as well. it's splendid. Spot on! My players entered the Feywilde last session, on a mission to stop some sort of trans-dimensional leak that is depositing all sorts of weird and gribbly beasts in the city they come from, resulting in huge disruption and casualties. I'll be sure to re-watch this video for inspiration when I make my notes for the next session while they are there! Thanks for doing this for us!
Thank you so much Steve! I'm so glad the DAI and Tarot vibe came through! That was my deepest, deepest dream for this work! I am both excited for and terrified for your players in equal measure! I hope you all have a wonderful adventure and I hope that my videos can be helpful for you all! Thanks so much for watching!
Holy cannoli that was awesome! The new theme is so perfect and the illustration!!! Somebody get Del Toro on the phone like jeez! I may be a sucker for the fae but WOW, so beautiful! This is really an experience, with a great narrator and amazing visuals. Looks like I've found a new computer background!
I'm glad you like it! I just went for a pattern that I seem to use on most drawings and I wanted to stray away from the D20. Every D&D channel uses it.
My ideal representation of the Fey is in this movie adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, with Oberon and the Queen of the Fairies. And of course that little bastard Puck, played wonderfully by Mikey Rooney. How I see it is unless you have experience with the Fey (you being an Elf or Half-Elf, or you have a high constitution or something, or you have perceived something from the Fey, or if you play as a child), you’d fail to perceive them.
This video came right in time Josh, I’ve got players headed to they Feywild as of next session this Wednesday! By the way, I absolutely adore the new content style you’ve got going on here, and the artworks of each Fey here is awesome and evocative. Keep up the good work!
My goodness! That really is perfect timing! Thank you so much for your wonderfully kind compliments! I'm so glad you enjoyed everything! I hope this month is full of helpful info for your campaign!
Thank you so much Paty! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! We're doing a livestream tonight even, where I'll be asking for audience help to create Fey themed magic items! Have a great day and cheers for watching!
Great video, love the new fey-esqe style eith less defined outlines and quirky details, should we expect that in the future or is it something reserved for February, like Dragon december?
Thank you so much! This is definitely going to become a part of my style going forward. I feel like it represents me a lot more and I feel a lot more connected to my artwork now!
That's absolutely fair Moth! Thank you so much! I'm so glad you like it! Which version of the music do you miss the most? The most recent one? Or one of the others?
Hi Grace. In photoshop there's a little symmetry button at the top right hand side. If you click it, a variety of different options appear. The curved line is one of those. Hope this helps!
I learnt a bunch!
I'm so glad it was useful! Thank you for watching!
Yoooooo, the rebrand is AMAZING
Thank you so much Bram! That makes me so happy to hear!

Happy Birthday Yorick! Thank you for your suggestion ad for your awesome thoughts on the Fey! Have a brilliant day and thanks for watching!
I'm absolutely loving this new style, and all these drawings are amazing as per usual. Thank you for all the amazing content!
Thank you so much for watching and for your super kind words! I really appreciate it!
Everything about the fey makes them my favorite class of dnd creatures. I like the nature documentary-esque tone you went for with this one

Awesome as per! The new opener style is really strong. Love seeing some of the monsters that didn't win out the poll here!
Hey! I'm so glad you liked it all! Thanks so much for watching!
This is a really really good new style! Really suits your ideas of an Arcane Researcher sitting over a book.
Thanks so much Aldrin! I really appreciate that!

Thank you so much Ken! I really want to do some videos on Tarot in D&D and the Deck of Many things, so maybe I could get a deck on the go!
Fantastic beautiful video, along with some fantastic beautiful designs, I am loving the art style.
Thank you so much Ikarus! I'm so glad you liked it all!

Digging the victorian vibe. Is there a reason for the new logo? The old one seemed more recognizable
I'm glad you like it! I just went for a pattern that I seem to use on most drawings and I wanted to stray away from the D20. Every D&D channel uses it.
Haven’t commented in a while but just wanted to say I’m loving the content you are putting out. Consistently top tier stuff!

Ooooh I've not watched the movie version! I'll have to check that out! Thanks so much for the suggestion, Vat! Cheers for watching!

First time seeing these videos and got caught on it

@@ArcaneForge Looking forward to it
Woo hoo!
Look at you being the first!
Amazing! Merci!
I love the new style, but I do miss the old music a bit, personally
That's absolutely fair Moth! Thank you so much! I'm so glad you like it! Which version of the music do you miss the most? The most recent one? Or one of the others?
@@ArcaneForge I do really like the most recent one before this. I bet I’d get used to this new one too.
Do I write a “Daelkyr vs” on this? I feel like I should yet I doubt there’s a good reason to
You're very welcome to ask for anything you'd like! I'm hoping the Daelkyr will get their chance at the spotlight!
@@ArcaneForge Not exactly what I meant however I’m 100% down!
How did you do the curved symmetry line
