But what rooms is recommded for gypsum as damp can occur in any room especially if you live in a cold country. Do you paint wall directly over gypsum when dry or do you have to add extra protective sealant before paint?
I used it to patch a large hole in the door of my bathroom. I then moulded and shaped it and then just painted right over it. In the ancient days of the Egyptians they would paint pictures right over the gypsum. When they talk about moisture in a cold climate you have heat in the cold which dissipates moisture.
Isn't there a neater way to do this? Aren't there tools that can be used for mixing and application? I have some patches to make but im not doing it this way on my wood floors.
