Kung wala namang batas na nagbabawal na hindi dumalonang isang former president sa hearing ng kamara ay wala itong pananagutan sa kanila. Kung kayat kailangan nila mag file diritsu ng kaso sa korte upang makakakuha ng instant justice. Kung pilit parin silang nagsasalita laban sa isang tao na wala namang nilabag sa rules o batas ay mananatiling isang trial by publicity ang kanilang hearing. Tandaan din po natin ang sinabi ng korte.
