There has to become a new paradigm for NBA teams. You just can't keep paying your top players so much that they prevent you from filling out the roster. It seems like this is the storyline for most every team. It is getting very old. There need to be some institutional changes. Perhaps teams would need to be limited in the percent of the salary cap they can spend on a given player. This means less freedom for the individual player, but it would strengthen teams and that would please fans and make for a better product.

Bucks have their 1st this year and their 2031 1st. Brook, Bobby and Pat C. (When combined with the other 2) are very tradable contracts. People said dame and khris were old and washed and those 2 were the only guys who showed up this series. People are completely overreacting to the bucks. Dame and Giannis gonna get a whole offseason to get chemistry. Btw anyone criticizing Doc don’t know what they’re talking about. He coached an awesome series and did what he could with the garbage roleplayers they had
TJ McConnell alone doubled up the Buck's bench scoring. This is a bench problem in a big way. Giannis, Dame, and Khris are going to be fine. BP coming off the bench would have been fine-ish. Brook is a good compliment to Giannis, but without Giannis. . . Lets just say Brook has a very tradable contract. Beasley, Crowder, Gallinari, need to be walking. Marjon is tradeable or maybe playable (they could use his youth) The Bucks need a bench reallignment and maybe a more mobile defensive big. Other than that I think they can run the big 3 back and probably do well.
Idk how this all works but im pretty sure bucks will be a 2nd apron team next year, and if they are they cant consolidate salaries to bring in a bigger salary it has to be a 1:1 match if you are a 2nd apron team
I dont think giannis and jrue were buds. Lol. Giannis could be the next KD.. giannis want to win bad but it doesnt have to be necessarily have to be in milwaukee. If i was the bucks GM, i'd measure that desire to stay soon and trade giannis out west if he gives any inkling of a trade demand coming. That way he can get fair value. Once the giannis domino falls, i'd start getting value for the other pieces too. Its not their time anymore in the east. Its the celtics, pacers, knicks, cavs and magic's time. What you'd want to do as a GM is get ahead of the curve and start to rebuild when its not your time and then be ready to pounce with assets once those teams currently on top start to age out or they implode. If they do end up trading giannis, a young star in the making has to come back that has stronger loyalty. Avoid headcases like ja or street clothes like zion. And of course get picks. Lots of them. I'd check with okc about chet and j-dub or houston with sengun and j.green.
Doc Rivers needs to go, but no. This team's window isn't even closing, much less closed. I think there's an argument that they need to try to figure out how to replace Brook Lopez, and they might want to bring in a more defensively minded wing and drop Khris Middleton. Otherwise, this team is basically perfectly crafted to fit around Giannis's playstyle and everybody can perform their role pretty well. This year, Giannis AND Dame got hurt. That's it. Maybe they could prioritize rest a little more during the season and make sure they're rested for the playoffs. Otherwise. they just need to run it back, but with a better coach.
@darklordphantom4870 not in love with doc ad our HC but we stuck with him for a while , but other than him the roster is perfectly fine , Dame and giannis is a great duo , just gotta give them time to learn to play together
It hurts to say, mainly because I spent the whole season rooting for and defending these guys. But we need to blow up the bench. Keep Bobby, and focus on the young guys. Trade PC, Beasly, Crowder, even Bev. I was all for keeping Bev around, but he threw a ball at a fans head. That is UNACCEPTABLE full stop. Ajax, AJ Green, and Marjon are the future of this team and they need to get experience early in their career. They 100% proved themselves this season as our best defenders, and they're full of the youthful energy this team is desperately missing.
Im just saying man. What else do the bucks have? Giannis is him. Dame doesn't wanna be there, lets all be real. Middleton is semi washed but still solid like this past game and brook is getting up there. They have no real rising young talent. Like think its just time. + doc rivers is your coach😭. just reset. They need a bench. This is similar to the Mavs last year. Now look at them. Hopefully the Bucks can bounce back because I want to see a Giannis v. Jokic NBA finals.
Yeah, I think too many things happen for them this year Firing a coach, even though he had a winning record was pretty suspect . Hiring doc rivers, which that one is a self-explanatory. Giannis becoming slightly a diva this year which that was surprising. Getting Damian Lillard about two years too late, also he was going through a little bit of depression and a divorce so horrible timing. And getting absolutely zero 3 and D wings at the trade deadline, like wtf was that?
bucks should blow it up while they have high value in both giannis and dame, and can still squeeze some value out of lopez and guys like pat bev and bobby portis
The Bucks real problem all season is their role players are scrubs. Connaughton, Beasley, and Crowder are unplayable. Lopez gets hunted on defense by athletic teams. Bobby is inconsistent and not a good defender. If they had better role players, they easily could've won this series. You can't advance in the playoffs if you have too many guys that can't play or aren't consistent enough.
As a Mavs fan, they should snag Beasley and Crowder if they'll have the chance. At least Beasley is arguably better than THJ and for less money, and younger.
they have tried to avoid the Miami Heat team by dropping to 3rd place in the eastern conference standings but unfortunately they are still eliminated in the first round of the 2024 play offs
you gotta trade kris middleton as this point. If anything hes more likely to opt in to that player option rather than not cause with his age and clear regression hes not getting a better deal then that. Just gotta take the L and not get much back maybe a pick and get a mid tier free agent SF/SG like demar, malik monk, bruce brown maybe or saddiy bey/ buddy heild
The biggest mistake was hiring Doc and firing Griffin. Giannis wanted more and he was right... but he didn't go about it right. Injuries ended their season early, but they actually had a shot at winning with Griffin. Remember all of that, "Me and Giannis haven't clicked yet and we're this dangerous." After that midseason move, the entire team is not clicking. Brook is a good defender but he's too old. He moves slow and is horrible in switch or perimeter situations. Khris is either injured, recovering, or horrible in away games. Dame is dealing with Dame problems. And they need to switch up some of their role players. Bobby and Pat needs to stay in my opinion. Pat C could also stay. But need a switch up to not only compete now but continue competing until Giannis can't.
@@TheAnswer_13 Griffin wasn't a bad coach. The problem was the team assembly Dame had no business being on Milwaukee roster he didn't fit nothing that Milwaukee needed. And that was what made Griffin job hard to do.

I would be ok with Pat Bev as a bench guard.
Idk how this all works but im pretty sure bucks will be a 2nd apron team next year, and if they are they cant consolidate salaries to bring in a bigger salary it has to be a 1:1 match if you are a 2nd apron team
They can, hope the players you got dont regress badly, get some decent supporting players, pray for health and oh ofc Fire doc🤫
Legend has he started uploading the video during game 2 and it just finished during the 4th quarter game 6
😂😂
Their best player was hurt the whole time in the playoffs! Doc and bev coming back. One more year!
Pat Bev sure. Doc is overrated af and should be out of the league.
I'd be fine with rolling with the same team , maybe giving doc a full off-season with the guys will help
You might as well just get a broom then.
@darklordphantom4870 not in love with doc ad our HC but we stuck with him for a while , but other than him the roster is perfectly fine , Dame and giannis is a great duo , just gotta give them time to learn to play together
but the twolves got their core together in year 2 (i know the timelines are different and am coping hard)
OKC have a giannis shaped hole in their line up....
😂😂 bucks fans will eat you alive but can you imagine giannis in okc?that will be a hell for other teams
Who are they giving up for him?
The moment closed as soon as they hired doc rivers
If Tucker is happy, I'm happy!
either fire doc or trade everyone
That's dumb just trade Dame and Lopez problem fix
@@theetruth8626nah bro. It over. Trade everyone including giannis and rebuilt like the okc thunder. Giannis already 30 and injury prone now.
Can say the same for 76ers, Lickers, Suns etc etc.
Im just saying man. What else do the bucks have? Giannis is him. Dame doesn't wanna be there, lets all be real. Middleton is semi washed but still solid like this past game and brook is getting up there. They have no real rising young talent. Like think its just time. + doc rivers is your coach😭. just reset. They can fr have a okc rebuild by just sellin
U rlly want to trade Giannis
@@anthonyrichardsonn it over. Trade him and rebuild now. We can atheist get 5 first round from okc.
@@anthonyrichardsonni meann no but his talent is gonna get wasted there bro. West is younger and has more talent. C's not going anywhere. Pacers / Magic just gonna get better. Jus saying
Good title change the other line was less captivating
B2b first round exits may have just triggered Giannis’s trade request bro
They need a bench. This is similar to the Mavs last year. Now look at them. Hopefully the Bucks can bounce back because I want to see a Giannis v. Jokic NBA finals.
Yeah, I think too many things happen for them this year
Firing a coach, even though he had a winning record was pretty suspect .
Thiannis is a free agent 😂
Atleast Adrian Griffin is getting paid and not taking the fall for this mess.
Griffin throwing a party right now.
That guy with the Easter Island steals untrue jokes. However comparing you to Poatan is a compliment. You are both 6"4"?
The Bucks real problem all season is their role players are scrubs. Connaughton, Beasley, and Crowder are unplayable. Lopez gets hunted on defense by athletic teams. Bobby is inconsistent and not a good defender. If they had better role players, they easily could've won this series. You can't advance in the playoffs if you have too many guys that can't play or aren't consistent enough.
Blah blah blah.
@@springheeledjack165casual
Beasly is an absolute cone on defense and has to have just a crazy shooting night to even sniff a positive +/-
As a Mavs fan, they should snag Beasley and Crowder if they'll have the chance. At least Beasley is arguably better than THJ and for less money, and younger.
Can we not get a Pacers video?
Yall beat an injured Bucks team, what else is there to say? Real test is coming against the Knicks, then we'll truly see if yall arent frauds
Milwaukee put up a fight without Dame or Giannis, they just need a good summers rest.
Hellnah. They winning it all next season if they are healthy which is a big IF
Giannis has to be the best brother ever right? Gave his brother a real NBA career
Would you trade Giannis for a package around JDub or Chet?
Yep along with their 1st round picks
Hell no
lol no
Should’ve never interjected themselves in the Dame trade and dragged him to sorry Wisconsin when he wanted to be in Miami
You would be a great Gm🤣
Idk why it didn't work. Dame and giannis should have worked in theory. Maybe if they had coach Bud, they would have succeeded with Dame? Idk
This clown still salty Miami couldn't dish off that trash for a superstar
@@MrE_no they wouldn't Dame was a horrible fit from day one.
Heat can take him. Look like they need him. Just give up tyler and picks.
Your making excuses for this team sir this team need to completely change.
they have tried to avoid the Miami Heat team by dropping to 3rd place in the eastern conference standings but unfortunately they are still eliminated in the first round of the 2024 play offs
The title window is officially closed. The King is dead. Long live the King.
Gonna change the title due to this comment. Thanks for the inspiration 😂
They should trade Brook and Bobby and put Giannis at Center and add shooting and perimeter defenders
Why play a single player that much... how do you put together a team?!
It closed when they traded Jrue...
Lillard to Spurs. Young players and picks they can use for help now.
you gotta trade kris middleton as this point.
Sending Doc down the river straight to Cancun. At least there is jet skiing and bottomless margaritas
My boys never had a chance of winning because of the bad trade for Dame which screwed up the entire chemistry
Nah bro bobby both pats and Brook gotta go they are trash.
@@darklordphantom4870 then u woke up
Griffin was a bad coach. I hate when people say otherwise just because of their record. They were playing terribly when he was coaching the team
@@TheAnswer_13 Griffin wasn't a bad coach. The problem was the team assembly Dame had no business being on Milwaukee roster he didn't fit nothing that Milwaukee needed. And that was what made Griffin job hard to do.
Should have traded Pat instead of Allen in that Lillard deal
Dame getting cooked by a 5'10 is sad man
Shouldn't have fired Bud
I’ve been watching this channel since he looked like a kid making videos at his mom’s house. Now, he looks like the president of an HOA.
It’s closing but they got two years. They gotta trade Middleton/portis… revamp the whole bench
What about a dame for durrant swap.
All I know is that they should try hard to fix it and hold onto Doc for at least a couple more seasons…blazers fan? Who me? 🤷🏻♂️🤣
Bucks should just put Thanasis on the staff instead of the roster
They need a real coach , par bev should be a player/coach , and they need to be healthy
Idk if the Dame Bucks experience got the fairest of shakes. If Bucks get a competent HC and Giannis is healthy in the playoffs for once, and they still mess up, then the real concern starts
Dame is the problem what u mean fairest shake
@@theetruth8626 I get these usual playoff overreactions are the cool narrative rn, but let’s not act this team was doomed when they went from firing Griffin to Doc. Then Giannis is out for the series. Dame is an issue but he’s not _the_ issue
@@LessGo7921 bruh stop the bs Dame is the main issue and been the main issue. Quit acting like you blind or something? Milwaukee record took a dive when they trade for Dame way before Doc hit the floor. Trying to pair Dame with Giannis was a problem for anybody trying to coach Griffin Prunty and Doc. Dame size was a liability. Dame defense was a liability. Dame playmaking was a liability. Dame playing off the ball was a liability and Dame fit was a liability
@@LessGo7921 Milwaukee trying to apply Dame into their system was chemistry killer. Milwaukee laid their hats on defense which was not Dame. Milwaukee laid their hats on players being able to play off Giannis which Dame couldn't. So trying to apply Dame way of playing was the back breaker in Milwaukee chemistry and it showed all year long. Dame weaknesses force Giannis to be overworked where he always trying to make up where Dame couldn't execute. Giannis was the main scorer Giannis try to be the main facilitator, the main defender the main everything. Put the main finisher for Giannis was the idiotic idea of trying to make Giannis play off Dame so Dame could be comfortable which lead to Giannis being injured. Forcing him in a uncomfortable situation wrestling and banging in the post because Dame style of play slows the tempo up to his favor and allows the opposing defense to constantly rest and be able to set up nightly. Where they was able to apply multiple defenders to wear Giannis down.
I know he was hurt but watching the d with dame on the court was awful! Losing drew AND Grayson hurt them defensively.
Its not as bad. Hey they played a good pacers team without Giannis.. what do you expect.. this is not a weak team, pacers are good and agile.. so losing against them without your best player is not as bad.. Unless they lose to say a Magic team, or Hawks..
No, we still got Dame and Giannis for atleast 2 more years before Giannis eventually leaves for a new team
