Pitco Electric Fryer SE High-Limit replacement!

Replacing high-Limit on a Pitco electric Fryer SE14, the process will be the same for similar models.
This fryer stopped heating at 300 degrees Fahrenheit and we did some testing and we decided the Hi-Limit must be replaced. After that, the fryer is working just fine.

Hello, have you ever had Fryermaster continuously over heat? Where should I begin troubleshooting?

Sometimes it's a sticky contactor or a faulty temperature probe.
I have repaired electric fryers with both issues before and after part replacement, they worked fine.
