These are just my thoughts: Hattie was expressing more jealousy than disappointment because when Jin mentioned that she was his cousin, that's when her reaction had changed. so it'd make less sense to say that she was more disappointed than jealous since her disappointment at Jin's cousin not paying attention at her shouldn't be alleviated by the fact that she was his cousin other than a stranger. If you were right about her feeling more disappointed than jealous, then Jin's cousin should still be viewed the same (as a harp teacher) by Hattie whether or not Hattie knows her as an unknown harp teacher or as a harp teacher that is also jin's cousin. Thus if Hattie was actually disappointed about the way she was being treated then why should the revelation change her attitude. it'd be reasonable to say that Hattie should still be more or less disappointed about how she was treated after hearing the revelation. Also, she was probably not aware that it was actually a prank until Jin mentioned that it was to revenge.
Also, why should she be embarrassed that it was actually Jin's cousin who taught her if she was mainly unhappy with how she was ignored. There's no reason to be embarrassed for how she had handled the situation if acted out of the injustice she felt rather than jealousy of another woman closeness with her boyfriend. So i think that it was the jealousy that outweighed the disappointment
