A great worship to our Lord JesusChrist, KING FOREVER!!!!!! Lord of mercy, Lord of love, The One that forgive us and that rised from the dead and put the evil under His feet
Wow, this is so amazing! I got LOFCAudio tape for my 18th birthday and wore it out. These guys were incredible. In 1992, I saw Guardian in concert. John Elefante was there and sang Run To The Water with the band. It was unbelievable how good he sounded live.
Wow: those two female backup singers are really making the chorus (with it's super-high harmonies) rock--it almost sounds like the studio track. Excellent live rendition.
I grew up with this/these Tape(s) - the two full albums - Next to "Liaison" - and "Guardian" - these tapes really did played every day until they were no more! Great Music! Great Passion For The Lord! DJRob.
first time I've heard these guys on a live recording. I had absolutely no doubt that John Elefante wouldn't be pristine on his performance... incredibly talented, and his entire cast was demanded of the same.
Christian metal/rock crowds crack me up. The band is killing it on stage (hot DAMN, those vocal harmonies are on point!), performing their hearts out, and the crowd looks like they're gathered for Sunday service. It's like, y'all, it's a rock show. Bang.your heads, throw the horns, fucking HAVE FUN! I'm fairly certain "joyful noise" is in the manual somewhere.
Thank you for posting this. Very rare footage. I've been playing Mastedon in my car lately and this is one of my favorites. Is there anyway I can get a Cornerstone 91 video? Thanks again.
Mastedon had the name first. They stupidly didn't get the copywritten. The other band did. They orignally won rights in court in the US. Even though they spelled it different. Recently the Elfante brothers, won the right to use the name MASTEDON in the US. In fact Girdermusic.com is releasing Oct 14 Mastedon 3 for the first time in America. The album was originally called "Revolution of Mind" Jon Elfante and MASTEDON. One of the greatest bands no one has ever heard. Elfante sang on the two Kansas albums. Vinyl confessions and Drastic Measures.

Actually this band is Mastedon, not Mastodon. It's different band. :)

You can not sing like that unless you sold your soul to the Devil at the crossroads.
