Sterling Ray34 review

Here's review of my Sterling Ray34 bass guitar - an alternative to a Musicman Stingray at a far less offensive price. This 4 string Sterling Ray 34 is the CA version, which I believe means no body carves and has a 2 band eq instead of the 3 band eq found on a lot of Stingray bass guitars.

The SUB series has a notched knobs, I sold mine and regret it. This is my next bass because I have a PJ, P, and Jazz

I too sold my sub sting ray 5 to my drummer and luckily, I got it back. I also have a ray 34ca and a ray 35!!!

The Ray34s do sound awesome, however the tuners are trash.

Very good review friend. I have a SterlingRay 34. I recorded some covers on my channel. I think your Sterlingray is the 24CA, isn't it?

I have the ash black ray34. And what he has is a ray34 ca. Which they now call ray24. He also has an old model. Its flat slap. The pickup screws are different now. Also the ray 34 today comes with a roasted maple unfinished neck. This has a gloss reg maple neck
