Q's social media drama just makes me 100% sure she doesn't make it to the finale. She went way harder than she had to and i don't think she'd risk talking that way if there was still a chance of Ru picking her as the winner.
She was alright on the show at first, but she just feels like a less energetic Loosey Laduca right now with her complaining about being in the top and not winning when another queen just had a breakdown on the stage when told they're going home, and getting unnecessarily offended at some stuff PJ has said. I know PJ has been bitchy/shady, but sometimes certain queens have overreacted to it or taken it the wrong way imo. Q responding negatively to fans isn't a good idea either, it's just a bad look and is unprofessional with the appearance digs. I did like her at first, but I doubt she's winning.
I mean Q is right to defend herself but talking about people's appearance is just so childish like... isn't she like 26? She's too damn grown to be clapping back like a teenager, she needs to learn how to defend herself in a way that it doesn't come off as childish.

But when she proved that she was unhinged enough to threaten people, she showed that she wasn't really the right person to win. If they could go back in time, I would support not crowning her, solely for that reason. Q's behavior reminds me a lot of Amanda Bynes when she was having an episode and called a lot of celebrities ugly. It's not that the insults did so much damage; it's that it's a sign of severe mental instability. I was hoping that it would end up between Q and Nymphia for the win. I still think her runways have been impeccable and she deserved more than one challenge win. But she shouldn't win a season and be the reigning queen if she is that unstable emotionally.

Some drag race “fans” are unhinged and just down right cruel. Not saying it’s okay to come after people’s appearance like that, but I think calling her unstable is really harsh, I don’t think being mentally stable is enough for facing that sudden amount of negative feedback. I think you also need a strong support system to help you out in days where you don’t feel 100%. These outbreaks probably happen because the queens had a bad day and nobody available to talk about it. Hopefully Q has more support in the future so she doesn’t feel the need to clap back like this anymore.

Nymphia was safe because she had character development. It wasn't funny, but it was a realized character that came with its own world. Morphine and Xunami did not deliver a character. Xunami deserved to go home. She created her own character and bombed. That shows that when she had all the room she could possibly need to give us something huge, she failed to deliver. That's unacceptable for an entertainer. Nymphia made an effort, had a vision, and gave us something -- something that could have potentially been hilarious. Xunami just sat there, trying to remember where she put her jokes.
In the REAL WORLD, you don't throw shade at everyone. If you have a friend, coworker, boss, family member, etc. who is more sensitive, why would you throw shade? You know they will be sensitive to it. This is assuming that you have good emotional intelligence (look it up). I would question if Xunami has good emotional intelligence OR if they were friends to begin with. In the REAL WORLD, some people will take things to heart (and that is a great trait in certain situations) and some people will never take things to heart (and that is a great trait in other situations too). I wish the community would stop assuming that all shade will impact all queens the same. Why is it that you feel down when someone suggests that you are ugly while others don't care about what others say. Everyone is different - but again, only those with emotional intelligence will understand that. Treat your friends the way THEY want to be treated... NOT how you want to be treated. It's the PLATINUM rule.

I felt Xunami spent too much energy towards Morphine. Too caught up in the emontioal part of lip syncing for her life against her friend. It wasn't a bad performancce, but Morphine was the clear winner imo and I've enjoyed Xunami more throughout the season.
Also, I am finding it funnier and funnier that reviews of this episode completely forget that Tsunami's character and look are a direct lift from Shea Coulee in AS8.

Plasma's Patti LuPone wasn't quite as colorful as the real Patti -- Patti has literally broken character to yell at audience members for filming/taking pictures. One time she yelled at a photographer who was actually hired by the theatre. She's also known for belting (almost) everything and not always having the best diction, so those are some things I thought Plasma would have attempted. Some more background --- Patti has a very impressive resume and is definitely an old school Broadway star and definitely brings charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent -- she originated the roles of Fantine (Les Mis), Eva Peron (Evita), Norma Desmond (Sunset Boulevard), and starred in major revivals of Sweeney Todd, Gypsy, and Company.
Plasma’s Patti was really spoof of Patti from the last musical she did called Company. It was fine, but she did not really capture the full scope of Patti, such as she stopped a performance of Gypsy because someone in the front row was on their phone which is a no no in the theatre and especially with Patti.
I really hope Q isn't anywhere close to the crown 😭😭 not condoning those tasteless delivery's and I'm glad people are finally seeing her for what she is 🥱

I think track record should ABSOLUTELY matter in the main series! All Stars is more iffy because part of the game is strategic elimination but it is not satisfying if someone who is doing amazing gets in the bottom and leaves for one little thing. If they don’t completely flop on the lip sync (Valentina) they should be given priority
Nymphia’s runway prevented her from landing in the bottom. The outfit was incredible, her runway performance was impressive and I believe it lifted her up in a profound way. Butoh (the dance of darkness/suffering) is a response to the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The contorted faces signify the agony of this attack which, so they say, ended WW2. Nymphia executed this look expertly, communicating it’s complexity, its historic significance, it’s darkness and the horror of war. A very relevant runway without being too obvious. It was magnificent. I can’t believe ppl are annoyed she wasn’t in the bottom - she should’ve been in the top! Q Though that Jane Goodall was not good 😂

In her season, the former Tyra Sanchez was a mean and horrible person, even though her talent was extraordinary. Production did everything they could to crown her. The same thing is happening with Plane Jane. She is a bad human being, who lacks empathy and who shows some signs of narcissism. She is very talented for sure, just like the former Tyra was. But I see this going the same way. During this episode it was even more evident that production is trying to find the very tiny little almost-invisible rays of niceness that Plane has to try to flip the narrative and get her gain some support as they push her to the win. Again, I think she has lots of talent, but she lacks an ounce of empathy. I can see how the whole thing is leading towards repeating the story as it was with Tyra.

If we didn’t know the runway theme was dance, would anyone REALLY have gotten Nymphia’s runway look? I get that it was well made and technically was a reference to a kind of dance, but it needed way too much explanation to meet the theme. Personally I would have sent her home on this one but I get that track record plays a role and there are still a couple queens on borrowed time.
Sapphira isn’t my absolute favorite, but I was so disappointed she didn’t win!! She 100% deserved the win IMO. Also her runway was more unique compared to Plane Jane’s.
I'm usually not a fan of the Heel characters, but Plane has won me over with how she plays it. I was originally a Q stan, thinking she was going to be the hero of the season, but at this point I dont think even a good edit could save her from herself. Like that one tweeter said, the way she has begun treating people both on and off the show has moved into the depressing and just not fun.

I feel like the banana fatigue is setting in. I love nymphia and would love for her to win but I would love to see more out of her aside from the banana branding. Nymphia was safe because she had character development. It wasn't funny, but it was a realized character that came with its own world. Morphine and Xunami did not deliver a character. Xunami deserved to go home. She created her own character and bombed. That shows that when she had all the room she could possibly need to give us something huge, she failed to deliver. That's unacceptable for an entertainer. Nymphia made an effort, had a vision, and gave us something -- something that could have potentially been hilarious. Xunami just sat there, trying to remember where she put her jokes.
In the REAL WORLD, you don't throw shade at everyone. If you have a friend, coworker, boss, family member, etc. who is more sensitive, why would you throw shade? You know they will be sensitive to it. This is assuming that you have good emotional intelligence (look it up). I would question if Xunami has good emotional intelligence OR if they were friends to begin with. In the REAL WORLD, some people will take things to heart (and that is a great trait in certain situations) and some people will never take things to heart (and that is a great trait in other situations too). I wish the community would stop assuming that all shade will impact all queens the same. Why is it that you feel down when someone suggests that you are ugly while others don't care about what others say. Everyone is different - but again, only those with emotional intelligence will understand that. Treat your friends the way THEY want to be treated... NOT how you want to be treated. It's the PLATINUM rule.

Plasma's Patti LuPone wasn't quite as colorful as the real Patti -- Patti has literally broken character to yell at audience members for filming/taking pictures. One time she yelled at a photographer who was actually hired by the theatre. She's also known for belting (almost) everything and not always having the best diction, so those are some things I thought Plasma would have attempted.
Some more background --- Patti has a very impressive resume and is definitely an old school Broadway star and definitely brings charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent -- she originated the roles of Fantine (Les Mis), Eva Peron (Evita), Norma Desmond (Sunset Boulevard), and starred in major revivals of Sweeney Todd, Gypsy, and Company.
Plasma’s Patti was really spoof of Patti from the last musical she did called Company. It was fine, but she did not really capture the full scope of Patti, such as she stopped a performance of Gypsy because someone in the front row was on their phone which is a no no in the theatre and especially with Patti.

Plasma and Q are a one note queen. Plasma is juts about the ,music theater and she just give the same character every single time. And Q had the woooorst outfit, like, bad.
I think track record should ABSOLUTELY matter in the main series! All Stars is more iffy because part of the game is strategic elimination but it is not satisfying if someone who is doing amazing gets in the bottom and leaves for one little thing. If they don’t completely flop on the lip sync (Valentina) they should be given priority
Nymphia’s runway prevented her from landing in the bottom. The outfit was incredible, her runway performance was impressive and I believe it lifted her up in a profound way. Butoh (the dance of darkness/suffering) is a response to the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The contorted faces signify the agony of this attack which, so they say, ended WW2. Nymphia executed this look expertly, communicating it’s complexity, its historic significance, it’s darkness and the horror of war. A very relevant runway without being too obvious. It was magnificent. I can’t believe ppl are annoyed she wasn’t in the bottom - she should’ve been in the top! Q

I would have thought Sapphira would have one but Plane was quite good, this week.
In her season, the former Tyra Sanchez was a mean and horrible person, even though her talent was extraordinary. Production did everything they could to crown her. The same thing is happening with Plane Jane. She is a bad human being, who lacks empathy and who shows some signs of narcissism. She is very talented for sure, just like the former Tyra was. But I see this going the same way. During this episode it was even more evident that production is trying to find the very tiny little almost-invisible rays of niceness that Plane has to try to flip the narrative and get her gain some support as they push her to the win. Again, I think she has lots of talent, but she lacks an ounce of empathy. I can see how the whole thing is leading towards repeating the story as it was with Tyra.

If we didn’t know the runway theme was dance, would anyone REALLY have gotten Nymphia’s runway look? I get that it was well made and technically was a reference to a kind of dance, but it needed way too much explanation to meet the theme. Personally I would have sent her home on this one but I get that track record plays a role and there are still a couple queens on borrowed time.
Sapphira isn’t my absolute favorite, but I was so disappointed she didn’t win!! She 100% deserved the win IMO. Also her runway was more unique compared to Plane Jane’s.

I'm usually not a fan of the Heel characters, but Plane has won me over with how she plays it.
I was originally a Q stan, thinking she was going to be the hero of the season, but at this point I dont think even a good edit could save her from herself. Like that one tweeter said, the way she has begun treating people both on and off the show has moved into the depressing and just not fun.

nymphia's runway hands down. no one even came close. it saved her from the bottom two because that snatch game was terrible. we already know that ru considers track record when deciding who to eliminate. i'm glad for it. i don't get why people still think plane jane will win the season. she will make it to the end but ru will not give the win to someone who go the villain edit. so she's probably going to give it to saphira.
I think that Dawn was just being silly with Plane, i don’t think it was personal. What I don’t think was necessary was when Q made a comment about mhi’ya when sapphira was named safe, possibly could be a winner. It was in poor taste.
