I'm having the same issue with the sticky surface, what did you use to remove the coating? And was any soldering necessary to bring everything back together, like in the video?
Nice work man, was wondering does the start/stop button unscrew from the top or do you need to take the whole thing apart, I mean the one where the 45 nipple normally is? Thanks in advance, I was hoping it was like an arcade button and it just unscrews with a few wires attached!
Thanks, that helped me to completely disassembling my 6000s so that I can get that sticky soft touch coating off the case.

The same job i made today on Stanton T.120c turntable! All works great! Thaks for this manual!
Very good job, I've done this a few times but only on SL1200 tables. I see Hanpin turntables are still the same on the inside.
Is it better to leave the arm with some slack or none of it? almost always my plates have a minimum of clearance ... thanks for sharing

Nice job! Did U remove the black wire? Where did U buy the right cables? I have to do the same on a rp4000 m3d. Thank U in advance.
Hello, which lube you use for tonearm?
Where did you buy these cables?
i am curious, how to calibrale pitch on these?
Hey, did you find how to proceed? I'm interested in doing on one of mine as well. Or maybe you just replaced the pitchfader?
