As a HUGE Behemoth fan, I can tell u right now the second half of Behemoth is great. Very solid finale unlike Candy, Mako or Thunder Striker. The downward helix pulls some great positives and the drop off the upward helix in the back is very underrated just like the splashdown drop on Diamondback. The final bunny hill is also strong too. If you love Diamondback you’ll love Behemoth. They are both right next to each other in my overall rankings! Both phenomenal coasters!
Candymonium is great! The airtime is pretty good in the back and the helix made me Greyout! The second trimmed airtime hill doesn’t give that much airtime, but there are 2 airtime pops into the breaks. As for Goliath I do not remember the airtime moments, but I do remember that the first 3 valleys have a bad rattle if you don’t get a full train, I got a full train and it was very smooth. I do remember greyingout of the helix which was a very smooth helix. My current list of hypers based on how I can ten them: 1. Thunder Striker (rode 2019-2024 probably ridden this 30-100 times) 2. Candymonium (rode twice - 2024) 3. Mako (rode 5 times 2021, remembered the first drop, turning airtime hill, twists at the end) 4. Goliath (rode 4 times in 2021, I don’t remember that much) 5. Diamondback (rode once - 2024)
We share a lot of opinions on these. B&M hypers are some of the most consistently awesome rides out there. I don't understand the hate they get in the community, and Diamondback is indeed the best coaster ever. Of these, I have also been on Nitro and it is a great ride, but as you said, overshadowed by El Toro. I haven't spend enough time at that when visiting Great Adventure but it is better than Jersey Devil. Behemoth and Raging Bull are two of my most anticipated coasters as well. I do feel that people would respect these rides more if they all had the staggered seating trains.
Goliath at SFOG is the best B&M hyper without question. The way the ride works is each airtime hill gets stronger as the ride goes on, which is really unique and really fun. The downwards helix is almost always a greyout and that last run of airtime hills is REAL. I’ve literally recorded -0.9 on this ride and I believe it. It also has an incredible setting. You can get really rattly rides on Goliath but that doesn’t usually affect its rank too much for me. Very narrowly the best coaster in the park.

Honestly, I’ve ridden Candymonium over ten times, and when I got my butt down to BGW I much preferred Apollo to Candy. Candy’sfirst half is good, but the second is trimmed so hard it’s not even funny. The outer bank abomination gave no airtime and the last helix is just there for the views. Don’t get your hopes up.
