As a side hustle job I have a small financial loan company. My friends who are into supplies comes and borrow money for their purchase orders... After meeting an EX charter yacht owner I think I avoided a HUGE financial mistake by deciding now NOT to buy a 36 to 40 foot cabin cruiser to live on! Insurance in FLORIDA has skyrocketed to up to $20,000 annually! Maintenance ditto. And with these massive hurricanes like Helene increasing it is possible I could LOSE the cruiser!
"Take equity" might not be good advice, since 90% of American corporations fail in their first five years.... But my biggest mistake was selling my Apple stock around 2016 because I thought it had nowhere else to go but down.
