I made a small mistake, Swain is a 3 cost and not a 2 cost so if you want to play Swain reroll (or any other 3 cost reroll) then it's better to slow roll at lvl 7!!

WOW what a difference this made in my game! I felt like Set 7 just hasn't made sense to me, I had a pretty good average and made my way to gold in 6.5 but 7 it's been all 7ths and 8th with an occasional 5th. Followed the "aggressive early game to save HP" strat and it made me feel SO much more in command of the game from start to finish. Landed a 2nd, other guy's board was super capped with 3* swain and nid, 2*shyv!

I have been having a lot of luck so far basically hyperrolling Astral early. If I manage to 3-star Nid/Skarner/Vlad quickly, I find you can ride that to a large win-streak and drive your econ from that point. Transitions very well into Shapeshifter Shy carry, or honestly Nid can carry fine for most games.
Not sure if it's useful info, it's just what I've been having luck with to stay in top easily while observing the rest of the meta
Yeah because astral unit mostly 1 and 2 cost like yordle but still have a good stat and scale on 3 star, not like yordle
I mean, what is your rank, but in high elo this is not working only if you highroll early

It's good as long as you have at the very least 30g after pushing 8. Because there's no point in pushing lvl 8 if you don't have gold to roll and buy the 4 and 5 cost units

When you say "..you should roll 30g.. no more", do you mean you should roll down to where your bank is at 30g, or the amount of gold you should roll/spend should total no more than 30g? I'm guessing that it's you should down to where your bank is 30g, so you can get back to 50g in two turns, but I'm probably wrong, hence why I'm asking for clarification. :)
It's a good question, ideally you don't want to reach below 32 gold because 32g allows you to get 40g the next turn and then you can reach easily 50g the turn after (by winning 1 fight or selling a unit)
