Aranda is a great defensive schemer but he struggles recruiting. Spavital's recruiting ability took a nosedive when he rejected high school recruits in favor of the portal at Texas State. Maybe the only good recruiter left is the running backs coach. Our Bears better have a strong NIL presence to aid in recruiting or the talent level won't improve.
