      The trend is effortless shared services - meaning that the administrative work that is often associated with HR shared services will take less time because of automation, freeing up HR professionals to spend more time on strategic tasks

    I really (really) want to do a master in HR but I heard so many people telling me that the job is saturated is it true? I find it so interesting... I'll see my options in the future

      I have a Master’s and recently started working as a HR Manager. The job market is hiring for HR. I heard that most employers will higher those with a bachelor’s degree. I have an Associate, Bachelors, and Masters all by the age 28. My other degrees were in Criminal Justice but there will be someone out there who is willing to take a chance on you!
