Many people comments about the hygiene, yes it is unhygiene but i don't want to mock them or make fun of them because they're working so hard for their family, it's their best they can do. God bless them. We have something similar in my country. When my cousin came to visit I was so excited to have him try it. While I was totally fine and drank more than him. He almost ended up in the hospital because of the massive runs he got afterwards. That was 30 years ago and we still talk about it til this day.
