Karishma could easily die too because all the organs of the chest can be punctured from the back too. And Haseena could easily live after being stabbed from the front. It's all in the positioning of the knife, common sense of the attendants and timing of the medical care they need. Haseena shouldn't have pulled out that knife without medical care because that knife could have been the only thing preventing karishma from bleeding out..

Watching Karishma step in front of Haseena to save her was such an amazing scene. However, I admit I was disappointed a little too. I didn't have time to feel the emotional impact of Karishma's action. It was over too fast. Karishma got a knife in the back, and it looked to be in the spine. She should have been in a lot more pain (not to mention having no ability to fight). Then they show her arm in a sling. She was stabbed in the back. Why was her arm in a sling and she not in the hospital? I felt a little cheated on the Haseena/Karishma follow up to her getting stabbed. Especially when we've seen Karishma lose her mind when Haseena gets injured. Still an overall amazing episode and I love Karishma as Quayament (Spin off anyone?) but was still a bit emotionally disappointed.
