Actually John’s level is 7.5, while the seraphine level is 8.0. John may be the closest to beating her than he has seen so far but since he can copy abilities (except Seraphina's from what was seen in their fight) he can balance things out, so even though his level is lower, I think he and seraphina are very close. This is just my humble opinion.
