If you're wondering, I (unfortunately) do not have a magic capability of choosing the perfect song a week before the episode airs. I actually had a different video planned. However, I was checking twitter during my break at work on Wednesday and saw that there was a rumour going around Bellamy would sleep with someone (or rather that this was insinuated) in this episode. Now I had saved this song in the beginning of the season because I knew about Niylah (and I had a feeling Bellamy might hook up with someone too lmaooo) and I KNEW it was going to bug me if I didn't at least try to finish a video with this song. Fate or destiny or whatever you wanna believe in was on my side because I finished most of the video in like 2 hours. I kind of focussed on Bellamy's POV and I actually really like the way it came out.
Also, I think this is the first time I used footage of Gina but I still wanted to say that I actually really loved her. She deserved to be in the full season tbh.
Lastly (I promise), I am both sad and happy that we're going to have to wait 4 weeks for the new episode. I need that vidding break. Badly hahaha. (Though I already have the videos for ep 9 and 10 ready to go - 10 down, 3 to go!!!)

I was kinda shipping Bellamy and Clarke since season 1 but when Clarke started dating Finn I was like " okay just a little bump in the road it's okay" and when she started dating Niylah and Lexa I was like "WTF!?" then when they started spending more time together I was like "I ship it again"

I pretended it didn't happened and just imagined Clarke was the girl to ease my pain.
lilitifrock thinks about it this way... she is literally the closest looking person on the ship as Clarke, he can't be with Clarke because if they take that step then theyll feel like theyll lose each other. so he can't be with Clarke but he can be with her double???
I'm in the same mind frame. I figured since they didn't show it he didn't do it. That he said after the drink that nothing was gonna happen. And until they say something about it on the show I won't believe it (and maybe even then I won't listen.) This slow burn the writers have going is going to kill me, there wasn't this kind of burn in the books. Not that everything with their relationship there was roses, but they were with each other.
😂💀 we saw like nothing from her yet he killed a whole army because they killed her and the other people but he was upset about her 😂 which made me confused I think really he was just angry about Clarke staying
She looks like Clarke. This is baiting from the writers. They want to provoke the Bellarke fans!! We all know that Bellarke is going to be a canon, but writers like to see us suffer. They used a girl who looks like Clarke. I think it's a clue in the future Bellarke. Why would they choose a girl so like Clarke? If that wasn't their intention, they could have chosen a brunette or redhead girl..... Some girl who didn't have the same hairstyle as Clarke in any previous season.

Yeah I agree. Though I'm still kinda disappointed at the Gina storyline because I liked her a lot and I think they could've taken more than two episodes to establish her importance (which would have helped with Bellamy's development in the season too)
This is killing me. Damn, I am repeating myself but this video was so special! The lyrics, those longing looks.. this video perfectly described what Bellarke means to me. It's a great love story, not like Romeo and Juliet and those fast, passionate ones, this is well built, based on the most important human values. if you know one thing about Bellarke, that somehow, somewhere, sometime in the future they are gonna be together. And on the one hand it just hurts to see them with other people but on the other hand this is part of their journey. Part of that great love story that we all want.

I think you're exactly right that them being with others is a part of the story. I was actually kinda worried people wouldn't like this video very much because I ended up focussing on much more than just Bellamy's relationship with Clarke. But I should never have doubted the amazing people that leave comments on my videos because everyone has (like always) been super lovely and I still haven't figured out how to express my genuine gratitude towards everyone who leaves a comment (or clicks like or even watches my videos) (crazy numbers every week tbh).
As for the hiatus, I won't promise anything! I want to start some of my episode videos first so I know I will definitely be able to upload those after the episodes air. I also actually really want to vid non-Bellarke videos because while I have loved editing these, I also made like 10 (Bellarke) videos in two months and that's a Lot. Four weeks is a long time though so there is a big chance a Bellarke video might pop up ;) We'll see xx
I feel bad for Gina. Wish she had more screen time. Nice to see someone beside Bellamy while he always doing many things for his people. Can surely said that she loved Bellamy genuinely. RIP Gina...

Oh my gosh!!! Your edits are ALWAYS so stunning!! Their relationship is so incredibly complex and rooted in so much respect and adoration for each other. Despite each others flaws and the mistakes they both have made...they understand each other and are always there to protect each other. You captured that PERFECTLY!!! Always so wonderful ;-; ;-;
Ahhh you're so lovely for saying that thank you!!! and I love that you said I captured their understanding of each other! That has always been one of my favourite parts of their relationship and the whole point of this video is to show that they might not be together now, but they are clearly entwined (and I feel when they eventually do get together, it'll last).

This is amazing! I love that your videos don't just rely on good editing and effects, you actually have great insight into the charachters, and it shows. You did such a great job portraying Bellamy and Clarke's relationship here, I love the fact that there's a theme in this video and that you chose these particular scenes to show to the viewer what that theme is! It almost made me cry and it makes me hopeful about bellarke becoming canon ❤

This was so gorgeous! I've watched it several times now, it makes me cry. I think you definitely have such a good grip on their relationship! They have both been with other people, but that doesn't negate the the trust and loyalty and love they have for each other. They're each others true north!
