zephyr has an augment that cancels out any -projectile flight speeds rivens may have it lets me use my dread with the -96% projectile speed riven on it
Not to mention Zephyr could hover above the blast radius and drop bombs on enemies...

Can we point out how cool and useful -projectile speed mods would be if we had some kind of augment for any projectile weapon (I vote Envoy) where the projectile becomes a singularity that absorbs other projectiles in its area of influence as it traveled?
So you slap on -90% projectile speed and now you got a useful duration in which that singularity exists. Then when it hits something it deals the damage it absorbed with a multiplier.

Man I remember back in the day Penta was used to cheese farm certain defense missions. You would just climb to a tall position and just bomb enemies down below because they didn't have mechanisms to get to you if you were really tall above ground.
And regarding Warframe in general, there is no better thing than just seeing those damage numbers pop up on screen. So satisfying.
