✳️ Why can I hear the subliminal affirmations?
There is a common misperception that they are meant to be silent. However, they are essentially just statements/information that you are not consciously paying attention to. Usually this means that this is the affirmation that you need to work on the most. To overcome this resistance try imagining that you actually do believe in that particular affirmation for a few weeks & see if your life changes.
✳️ I don’t like the way one of the affirmations is worded.
Affirmations generally need to be phrased positively and in the present tense, however try not to get too caught up in the semantics of a particular affirmation. Your subconscious mind will not allow one or two affirmations to derail your overall progress/success.

Yes, I can assure you that these statements are completely safe. I am a qualified Social Worker with experience working in Foster Care and Aged Care. As you can imagine, I do not get joy from conning or harming people. On top of this, your subconscious mind will tell you within a few days if the subliminal affirmations are unsafe. Your subliminal sleep videos would be my absolute favorites but for one thing - the ads. When I play these videos, I am either sleeping, relaxing, or studying, and when the ads come on they are really jarring and snap me out of whatever I was doing - the exact opposite of what I'm trying to achieve.
